I had to leave a review, because I could not find this location on any socials to message privately. I went in here once before around closing time. I can't remember if it was the manager or owner, but he was super friendly! Talked to my friend and I up until they closed for the night. Tea was super good as well! I went in a day or two ago with the same friend to get my husband some tea before work. I had already felt bad for going in 15 minutes before closing as I to know what it is like working in customer service. My mission was go in and get out so we don't hold up closing. We were greeted with "We would like you to know that we close in 8 minutes" Got it filled out my order. I go to walk up to the desk and the employee again said "Just to let you know we close in 5 minutes" I understood the first announcement, but we were the only ones in there from the time we got there until the time we left. I go up give them my order, pay, tip, and patiently wait. As I'm waiting two young girls are sitting to the side waiting for one of the employees to get off work. I go to look up and notice the one girl quickly look away from myself and say something to the other girl beside her. The only girl then looks at me and starts laughing. Mind you I never feel self conscious in public and am not one to jump to conclusions. I am a bigger girl who was wearing a crop top at the time. I immediately I felt uncomfortable and definitely not welcome then. I will like to point out that I am glad this happened to me rather then a person who suffers from ED because this could have been a major trigger to someone. Because of this I can't see myself coming back. Customer service is big deal for me, and I understand those girls may not be employees. But please be mindful of who is in there hanging out with other employees.

I always love the tea and I get it all the time, however almost every time I come in I always feel like I’m walking in on the conversation behind the counter. I get it’s a laid back place and a cool environment, but I think the customer service training needs work. I hate to sound like a boomer but I at least would like to be acknowledged when we come up to the counter and try to order. My girlfriend and I literally had to talk over them to let them know we had a refillable cup that we wanted to use. It’s also just super uncomfortable to hear their personal conversations about exes and roommates. Like I said, I’ll continue coming back cause I love the tea and I love to support small businesses but maybe there needs to be a meeting about how to treat customers.

I work right by this place, so I’m here all the time. So glad they added a location to monkey junction. Best boba In town! The staff is always super friendly as well, check them out!

My daughter loves this Boba tea stuff, every one she's made me try i think it's disgusting.... till we came here. It was actually really friggin good. The owner is very personable, products are top quality, which leads to a great tasting drink. Check em or for sure

The customer service and vibes were AMAZING, but as someone who came from Hawaii and had Milk Tea from many Vietnamese, Thai, Chinese, Japanese and other cultures, the Milk Tea from here wasn't quite up to par. The refreshers are good, I'd say even great! But as I LOVE Milk Tea, this just seemed more like... Milk Water? I've been to both locations a few times to try and see if it was an off day but it always tastes watered down, and the boba was inconsistent. I understand that during busy times 5 minute Tapioca is used because there isn't time to make/provide a new standard batch. I'm okay with that. But I wouldn't really call this Milk Tea considering the texture and consistency compared to others that I had in different states/countries. If this is the only Milk Tea you've had before then I'd say you may enjoy or love it! But to those who've had Milk Tea from Indonesia, Korea, Japan, or Hawaii; this just doesn't satisfy the craving to me.

Omg tap tea bar is always amazing! I am never disappointed when I go! The tea is delicious, the order process is a breeze after the first time you go, and the staff is top notch and speedy too! If you're wanting to get a quick and delicious fix on your caffeine kick (they have non-caffeine too) then skip the coffee lines and go here.
