Helpful staff and nice fresh items offered. It is a small, narrow location but well located. Tables outside for nice weather.

I think maybe the staff could be trained a little better. When asking what vegan options they had I was told none, all their drinks had milk. However, I've been to other port city java locations and decided to be more specific. It turns out they did have non dairy milks. Luckily I knew that or I would have just left to go to another coffee place. The coffee was delicious.

I was slightly nervous trying out a new coffee place, but I was pleasantly surprised at the great taste. The drink was very flavorful; not too strong, not too subtle. I will definitely stop by when I’m in the area to grab a coffee drink. I can’t remember what the name of it was, but I believe is was a mocha flavored one.

My kids ordered a smoothie since they’re not allowed coffee. It was all fresh and the taste was great! They said it was one of the best smoothies they have had.

The girl with the facial piercings lacks any customer service skills. She made us the wrong order. Was rude about it. Wanted to then up charge us for her mistake. We left without getting the drinks we ordered.

I have been coming to this location almost 2 years now and have noticed a decline in quality recently. There always seems to be a new girl working there whenever I got and it takes forever to complete my order because she does not know what to do or how to ring up the items and the managers and other employees are too busy in the back or working the drive thru window to assist her. This morning was the final straw. I ordered a 12 oz bag of the Brazil Natural and my server, Lauren K refused to let me purchase it. She told me to check the display and if it wasn't already bagged up there then they were out. I know this is not true because Brazil Natural was on the menu for the day. As long as a coffee is on the menu then you can usually get a bag of it to go. They keep the big bags of their coffee under the cabinet. As many times I have been to this location or other ones, I have never run into this issue. When I called Lauren out on it and told her they kept the coffee under the cabinet, she then opened the cabinet where I could see a huge bag of the Brazil Natural, however she then proceeded to lie to me, saying that they were out. Lauren and her manager also told me that they are trying to sell their organic coffee and if the coffee I wanted wasn't organic, then they could not bag it up for me. Well guess what? I don't like the organic coffee. She also lied and said that they have never bagged up coffee for anyone that wasn't on the display. I don't know if they are just too lazy to bag up some coffee or if they are trying to peddle the organic coffee. I will never come back to this location ever again. They lost a regular customer. I went to a different location and got my bag of Brazil. I asked them about the new rule and they said there was no such a thing. I will just drive an extra 2 or 3 miles to the Barclay Commons location where the staff is super friendly and I never run into problems. I don't appreciate being lied to.

i've been to a lot of PCJ's in town and some are not very good but this one has consistently had better coffee and service than the rest! The breakfast sandwhiches are fresh and tasty and the coffee is great! The drive through is also amazingly fast!
