Bitty & Beau's Coffee

I walked in and waited around for a couple of minutes. One of the staff members saw me and said nothing. She looked at me at least three times and didn’t say any greeting. When she finally finished with whatever drink she was making, she walked to the register and acknowledged my presence. She didn’t apologize for not acknowledging me or having me wait. I definitely did not feel welcomed there. The drink I ordered was good but I don’t think I’ll come back.

Wonderful coffee, great atmosphere and welcoming staff. Came here feeling tired and left feeling completely reenergized. Love the atmosphere and the coffee.

Open space next to a car dealership. They may have donated the space or given them a break. The coffee and bagels are good. It is super clean and they seem to be genuinely interested in serving the customer. There is a charitable aspect. We liked it. We were staying at the place next door.

One of our favorite places! Super incredible staff. Food is a bit pricey for what you get; however, we’re happy to pay extra to support the cause. Love the Bitty & Beau’s story and what this great organization is doing to make a positive difference!

Love Bitty & Beau's. Had out of town family visiting and they also loved it. The staff are so sweet and friendly. My great niece was with us (2 years old). Grant came over and talked to her and hugging on her. He also took pictures for us. We had muffins that were out of this world. My cousin drinks tea and was very impressed by the prices. Great job. My wife and I went to the location in Charleston last year and loved it. We made a point to stop at the original location while in town and are so glad we did. The staff was so friendly, especially Matt. The coffee was delicious. We highly recommend Bitty & Beau's! A must stop when in Wilmington!

The whole atmosphere at Bitty & Beau's is amazing. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. Not being too adventurous with coffee drinks, I had no idea what to order. A staff member was very helpful and patient and offered multiple suggestions. My coffee and my daughter's Frappuccino was delicious. The decor here is fantastic, as well. It's very industrial, without feeling cold. When you visit, be sure to check out the "I came here from..." map!
