My favorite coffee place in the whole world. Created to help individuals with disabilities have a place to work. It is an AMAZING place!

Went to the Charleston store today to see Brent and Christian, former students of my wife and get some swag for friends we are visiting out west with a child with special needs. If you don't know the backdrop of the company story, visit their website. We were greeted with huge smiles from Sam and Katie. Their service was awesome and delightful. Sam took our orders and Katie made them for us. While Katie created delicious smoothies, Sam came over and was very engaging with our 3 kids. He asked for hugs, which he deservedly received and we took lots of pics with him. The store is vibrant and the mission of the company is flawless. If you are looking for a brief interlude in your day, Bitty and Beau's is a wonderful place to grab a quick snack or smoothie and interact with some amazing people. Their employees make an awesome impact on your view of people and you will leave with a refreshed heart.

Great experience and love the mission. Had the hot cocoa with marshmallow and a muffin. Only negative review would be the lack of signs for your location. I reviewed the location before hand and noticed that it was located in the parking lot of the car dealership but if someone was to giving the address and didn’t notice they would mostly pass the place up on the first attempt. Do love the use of an older building from the car dealership. Will still make sure to stop by next time we are in town.

I went there for the first time on Friday, March 9. Everyone there is very kind, helpful, and diligently hard working employees to. I got a mint chip frappe at Chino and a cinnamon roll. The mint chip frappe at Chino was like heaven. It was like drinking an absolutely delicious and yummy minty cloud. I’ve never had anything like this before and it completely blew my mind, at how awesome it was! The cinnamon roll was out of this world! It was warm, soft, gooey, and had the perfect amount of cinnamon on it. The staff are so kind and helpful. They’re absolutely awesome! They’re warm, kind, polite, and helpful. It was an awesome first time experience! I am definitely going back to try more and more of their amazing food and drinks! I highly recommend “Bitty & Beau’s,” you’ll absolutely love it there!

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit! The shop has a great atmosphere. The man at the register was very friendly and told us facts about our hometown. The coffee was excellent and we got lots of great gifts for our family. We highly recommend everyone check it out whether you are a local or just visiting.

The absolute sweetest and kindest people and great coffee. The gentleman at the counter had great tips on serving the baked goods warm and loved to chat about NC State. Everyone seems to enjoy their jobs and work hard to provide the best experience. Keep up the great work!

Great place! Awesome food and I felt very at home. My daughter eats with a feeding tube and usually people stair but here everyone from the workers to the other people eating treated her just like any other baby. It was very refreshing to just be a parent and not a parent of a special child. Money can't buy this kind of experience; this is something you only get with a place filled with love like this is.

It's a unique and energizing experience coming here! I love how outgoing the staff is! They are always on their toes ready to help you. There are many coffee drinks, teas and food items to choose from. It your trying to have a meetings they even have an enclosed meeting room you can use! Also very spacious with a lounge area and plenty of tables and chairs. I look forward to coming back:)

Came by here on our way back home to Raleigh and had a great experience. The coffee was great and we really enjoyed talking to Matt!! We will come back for the coffee and for the great customer service. Matt gave us better service than we have gotten anywhere in Raleigh in months. See you next time!!

My nephew and I went to this place on Sunday, we were greeted by very sweet and happy staff! Its really a cool place to sit and chat..
The menu is very clear and simple.
They have a map board in there that has notes from many people around the world!
It wasn't buisy at that time but I'm sure they have a lot of clientele from the sales people around them!! I would tell people about this place for sitting and chatting and being made to feel like part of the family!!😊😊😊
