Yellow Mug Coffee Lounge

Wow, this is not your average coffee shop. The breakfast items we had were 5/5.
The avocado toast transcended the ingredients, and the hash with pork and Brussels was not only delicious but easily enough for 2. Definitely worth a drive out of your way. Very friendly and accommodating service too.

Simply peaceful! Nestled away in Weaverville NC along the blue ridge about 8 minutes from Ashville, this small quaint coffee shop won best of Ashville 2021. The frozen and iced coffees are pure perfection and couples with the rustic location in the mountains, one will definitely wish to slide in for a spell or two!

You can't go wrong with any food item or drink item. Everyone here has been very friendly and I enjoy the food and coffee. If you're lucky enough to sit at the bar on a busy weekend, you'll enjoy the show as well.

Why do I return to the Yellow Mug again and again? Simply put food, family and fabulous coffee! The Mug takes average food and puts a special spin on it that takes it over the top. The staff treat you like family and the coffee is unbeatable. My recommendations? Try the avocado toast, "The One with Pimento" or Biscuits and Gravy (my all time go to). Trust me when I say you won't find a better place to gather with friends or just sip on coffee and read a book.

Cute place with good food! I was in Weaverville with my son in the morning after an appointment and we stopped here for a bite to eat. We got breakfast food and it came with a salad which was so tasty. We both enjoyed our meals and will be back!

We love our hometown Yellow Mug!!! My son was home from college stopped in for coffee and a chocolate scone. Both were yummy!! Great to see how your business has flourished!! Wonderful place to drop in and hang out or grab a cup to go. Staff are great, friendly, helpful and professional!! Sorry no pics of the items, we just dove in and munched!! Yello Mug is literally my favorite. Everything about them from the food, to the coffee, to the staff, to the owners, to the atmosphere...on point 🤌🏻

Didn't check out the food menu but they had a nice selection of baked goods. They had a nice selection of teas and would have been happy to make my choice and ice it down. I just had the house iced tea. Friendly service. Nice place!

Our first time for breakfast at Yellow Mug. Delicious muffin, yummy smoothie. My husband’s breakfast was well prepared, served hot. Fast service, clean restaurant, and supporting local small business. Yes, we will return. Thanks y’all!😃☕️💛

I hate writing bad reviews but I don't think I'll be coming back to the Yellow Mug any time soon. I have been about a dozen times and have always enjoyed their coffee. However, this is now the THIRD time they have decided to close early without any warning! Unfortunately, with their inability to keep the hours they posted on their door and online 1/4 of the time, I will have to look for another cafe to be my go-to. If you still decide to go, I would highly recommend calling to make sure they are open so you don't waste your time.
