First time trying the sausage pepper onion and cheddar quiche and oven fried potatoes and omg so good. And the iced mocha is awesome. Adding to my first review of this place because I came back!! First time was dine in this time I got it to go. First time very nice friendly staff and good service. This time the same thing VERY NICE HELPFUL staff!! Got the sausage pepper onion and cheddar quiche and iced mocha again. So good again!! Really like this neat place. Updating again. Came back for dine in again today. Sausage quiche oven fried potatoes and sweet tea. Got another sausage quiche and iced mocha to go. Very nice staff. Updating again because I tried the breakfast burrito with sausage today. I had my potatoes on the side and it came with salsa. Very good!! I also had my iced mocha again. I definitely love everything I've tried

Excellent place for a quick but delicious breakfast. I highly recommend if you are in the area. They also serve lunch and it’s a store where you can buy food items etc.

The food was fresh, tasty, and enjoyable. The entire building was adorable with some great snack options and even fresh eggs. Would highly recommend. Hope to return soon for another awesome breakfast

I love this market! Everything is made with clean ingredients and is affordable! They have a kitchen and barista you can also order from. Their seasonal peppermint bark latte is really good!

A very quaint, nostalgic country store feel. Reminds me of the country store back home. Staff was very personable and friendly. This is a must stop in Waxhaw. I was more impressed with their breakfast selection. It was a little wait to get our food but it was definitely worth it. Absolutely will return to enjoy more of their menu!

Stopped in with inlaws for a brunchy-time meal. Some wanted breakfast, others lunch. Serving brey items 'til unch in Sunday, Provisions fit the bill nicely. Grits bowls were a hit, as well as the avocado toast (so much avocado!) My turkey panini tasted great but was a bit dry. (Didn't slow me down though.) Good experience all around.

Very chaotic and confusing because it is a cluttered place with lots of additional items to sell similar to a Cracker Barrel. The space is too small for the inventory. The scramble that I had was very good. We chose the biscuit side. While it was also very good we were offered no butter or jelly to go with it. I know they wanted to turn the tables but they were clearing dishes before everyone was through eating and we hadn't been there long. If I was only getting breakfast in Waxhaw once I would recommend Stacks which is on the Weddington side of Waxhaw. I must say that the young lady who took our order before we were seated was excellent. She was friendly and precise.

Pay attention to the items you purchase here! My parents were visiting and bought pimento cheese last week that was expired by a week already. Unfortunately, they live far enough away that it wasn't worth bringing back.
The staff was nice, and the other items purchased here were fine. Probably won't be back though. I know we didn't check as consumers, but that means they aren't checking either.

Date of Purchase: Jan. 22, 2023 @ 830 AM (NO crowd at all, way before the church rush).
First red flag: Unfriendly staff.
The bfast burrito had NO flavor and it was 85% potatoes with BARELY any other ingredients (was there even veggies in it? I could not see/taste any) -For $9 that is VERY disappointing & how can you even mess up flavoring eggs, potatoes, and sausage??? The salsa even tasted like/probably is store bought jarred stuff since it tastes exactly like Tostitos Salsa. Also, broccoli cheddar soup wasn't hot AT ALL and wasn't that flavorful either, not even creamy, more watery than anything else. It's so bad that I didn't even finish my food. Took a few bites of the turkey panini and to no surprise that was bland as well and the bread wasn't even crunchy it was super soft still. $28 spent (bf had pancakes which he is leaving his own review on that) for garbage. Definitely NOT a returning customer. People work hard for their money and hope to spend it on quality products, SO, PLEASE, DO BETTER.
P.s. This was not addressed at the store because we did take out.

Been here throughout the years while visiting Waxhaw. Recent visit was…odd. They watch you like a hawk (trust me, the stuff is basically overpriced, repackaged products that are not allergy-friendly, that can also be found at the grocery store). Now, my main complaint, the service is rude. Get to the counter and two staff members start arguing over how much something cost, the more expensive cost was selected…shocker. Try labeling better. The kitchen part closes early. Don’t bother asking if they can get something in, they bluntly tell you no. Hate to leave bad reviews but I feel honesty is needed. Hustling ppl out during an order is tacky.
