I LOVE THIS COFFEE SHOP!! Aerial, is the best! She knows what I want before I even order, very kind and always has a smile on her face. What a great coffee shop in a wonderful town. I wish I could come here daily.

I've known of this place for a while but didn't check it out until I had a licensing exam to study for. This place is so NOT cookie cutter like your typical coffee house. It's rustic, old school, and real. The staff are all very friendly. The upstairs was PERFECT for studying. The coffee was good too. If you're looking for a Starbucks this ain't it, but if you're looking for a good cup of coffee, friendly staff, and an anything-but-cookiecutter setting right in downtown Waxhaw, this is your place.

I’m new in town so I was highly recommend by provisions restaurant to try the coffee at Crossroads.... I will admit the coffee was wonderful but the young lady behind the counter was very cold n not friendly at all ... I mean you will think of a unfamiliar face it’s an opportunity to express how great your business is with a warm friendly hello and welcome , but that didn’t happened.
I will come back if the next time am convinced.

This place is so great and has such a cozy, relaxed atmosphere! The staff is always so kind and happily answer any questions you have! Definitely my go to coffee place :) I wish there were more places like this!

Great local coffee house. Staff is friendly. Just the right amount of pep to get you your coffee in the morning.

1st time here very impressed how helpful the young lady was in helping me recommend a good tasting cup of coffee. The coffee was excellent and so good. If you are a coffee lover Crossroads Coffee is for YOU. Will definitely be coming back over and over.

Amazing staff. Very friendly and professional. The coffee is great! Truly one of the best in the area. The coffee house itself just makes you feel at home. Great environment.
