Napoli Cafe (Sneads Ferry)

Have only heard amazing things about Napoli's and finally got to stop in. I'm so happy I did! They serve quality ingredients in all the sandwiches and subs. Also have great shakes, salads, coffee beverages, not to mention waffles and icecream too! Portion sizes were large and pricing was fair. We plan to come back here many times in the future! Service was quick, friendly and helpful and the inside of the establishment was clean and very nicely set up. I ended up getting an extra sandwich to go for my meal later on it was so good! If you haven't come to Napoli Cafe yet you really need to!

I am on a keto diet, they made me carbs free omelet which was very delusions, coffee was good as well not bitter as in Starbucks. Definitely come back!

One of the best mochas I’ve tried in NC. The food and coffee was way worth the wait. The only reason I took 1 star away was due to their phone service and apparent under staff. Probably due to Covid? I don’t know. I called to pre order around 9:45am, possibly peak time and they said please hold a minute or two, as we are extremely busy, understood. I placed the phone down and started driving toward this place, they never came back on the phone. At least 10 minutes went by so i just hung up as i pulled up to their drive through window, that was very convenient by the way as i was trying to avoid the crowds. On the drive through there was at least another 10 minute wait to get to the first window to order. There was only 1 vehicle in front of me. It appeared that the same people that were on the drive through were also serving and waiting the outside tables. A very polite and caring young lady took my order and apologized about the wait over the phone, as i mentioned that they never came back on the phone but all good, she did a great job taking my order and made sure to read it back to me and confirmed. I paid and moved forward to the second pickup window. Waited about 5 minutes, they brought my coffee out and I was impressed, perfect flavor for me and extra hot how i ordered it. Another 5 minutes passed and our order of sandwiches, all paninis came out with different meats, cheeses and such. Brought it back to our condo and the whole family was extremely satisfied with the food. The lesson here and I hope it helps other customers is be prepared to wait. Happy 2020 summer..!

Fast and friendly service. Great breakfast sandwiches and cold brew drinks.

okay. we were surprised at the prices for some of the menu items. staff were friendly but food took a long time to come out. bread on the subs was really good. no kids menu options. probably won't go back for sandwiches. maybe to try other menu items.

The staff here is fantastic. Always friendly and personable. Whenever we bring our dogs with us, the owner or his wife will bring them out ham or chicken and water. Not to mention that all of the food is amazing. We have tried just about everything on the menu and have yet to find something that we didn't like.

What a find! Every time we passed the sign we wanted to stop in. So glad we did! Stopped in for breakfast and a coffee. The staff was very patient and understanding to allergies. Food was delicious, ate it too quick for pictures. Some items are a lil pricey for what's in them but after tasting the freshness and the care put into their recipies, its worth the cost. Glad we finally made the stop. Highly recommend.

Cute little cafe, with a surprisingly large menu. Staff was friendly, prices were reasonable and the food was prepared quickly. I had the pancake and it was amazing. My friends had breakfast sandwiches and coffee and raved about the food.

I’m usually one for black coffee but I had a hankering for something sweet - not knowing what to order I told the barista what id been craving and asked her to surprise me. I got a tiramisu iced coffee and it’s just what the doctor ordered! As a cherry on top, or dare I say, caramel drizzle on top - the staff was super friendly! When you get a wild hair, ask for a surprise. You won’t be disappointed!

Nice clean gourmet coffee and sandwich shop. Panini’s are great. Haven’t had sub yet, but soon will. Staff is friendly and nice. Desserts look fabulous.
