Napoli Cafe (Sneads Ferry)

First time going there.. the service was great! They helped me with the menu and were very nice (even though my sandwich was very complicated). The owner came and introduced herself and was very polite. Food was excellent and my absolute favorite iced coffee around here! Will definitely be going back

Really good place to eat; I love the atmosphere

I’ve been a regular at Napoli since it opened, and it’s still the best coffee place in Sneads Ferry. Lattes are excellent with a wide variety of flavors. The food is great too! The staff is the absolute bomb—they all know what they’re doing and manage to handle big rushes with precision and speed, plus they’re some of the sweetest people I’ve ever met! This is the perfect place to study, go on a date, or bring the family for lunch—you won’t regret it!

The staff was very patient and helpful as our party of 7 ( 3 of which were kids) made our selections. The food and coffee were delicious. Everyone finished their food, including the kids! We will be back next year!

Excellent food. Frustrating service lately. On multiple occasions this week, the staff (who is always kind) has been talking to me and phone customers at the same time and interrupting both parties. I would suggest doing one or the other at a time. The phone disconnects randomly with the most ear splitting noise. This has always been an issue but today I was interrupted by the person taking my order then by the phone 3 times until the point I gave up trying to call back. Hope this gets fixed as we love your restaurant.

My wife bought an extra sandwich for dinner because she loved it so much. I couldn't even finish mine, meat all sub, biggest meatballs I've seen!!! Amazing quality and friendly service!

The iced caramel tiramisu was delicious. The maple butter waffle was great. The breakfast panini with bacon, egg and cheese with the pesto sauce was the real surprise. So tasty. Staff was very friendly and helpful

This is a gem. I love their coffee and service. I also like that you can bring your pup here and they will give them a whip cup as a treat.

Have been here a few times since moving to the area a month ago and it is definitely my favorite local place. The first time I stopped in, the employee was so very kind and friendly and continues to recognize me every time I've seen her since. I can't express how wonderful it feels to be welcomed in when you feel a bit out of place. Service aside, their food is delicious, as are their coffee choices! Will definitely be bringing our visitors here.
