Sanitary Cafe

This was my first time visiting this restaurant while in the area. The food, atmosphere and staff were amazing and all at an affordable price. I plan to visit this restaurant again when I'm in the area.

Was an emergency call in lot next to business and the owner got if police fire and EMS faces saying to get off her property. When asked if a human life was less important than her business she said yes. Stated that it was hurting business but there were no lights flashing or parking taken. Very sad human

Asked a lady in Walmart where to get a good country fried steak and she recommended this place. 10/10 🤤 Their chicken and dumplings are also amazing. My husband and I ate for less than $20

Great people the servers are so sweet and take time to do there job and the food is good to we got biscuits an gravy plate with scrambled eggs like the fact the gravy was thick not watery like other places great place to eat lots of antique items to look at while you wait for your food would recommend eating here.....😘

Horrible nasty food swimming in grease. (Literally a puddle of oil on the plate of undercooked onion rings couldn't eat them). Burger had ZERO taste and my husband's fish sandwich was just as bad. Definitely won't be back. Blech.

Went for breakfast with my friends. I have to say I wasn't impressed. I had a BLT. Not to much you can do to mess that up. I also ordered fries cooked crispy. They gave me steak fries, which I love! I was excited! They were golden color, perfect right, NO! Took a bite, not cooked inside. Very disappointed! My friend had biscuits & gravy. The gravy had no taste and was not hot and it barely was enough to cover the biscuit. So, it's a bust for breakfast for me, but, i've heard great things about the Cafés lunches. So, I'm gonna give it another try.

Staff went over and beyond to accomodate for a larger party during busy time

I've been thrown IN to better restaurants. Servers are rude and lack attention to detail. Could be because they are eating at the counter with guests in the dining room. The owner needs some training in the restaurant business. Speaking rudely and hanging up the phone on someone only trying to ask a question is unacceptable. I've been in the restaurant business for 40 years and I've forgotten more about it than she will ever know. They place is dirty and unkempt. The artifacts need dusting. Totally a disappointment on all levels starting with the name. If there were minus stars that would be my score.

First of all for a sanitary café they were not sanitary! There was food all over the floor and bench where we sat. The food stained curtains draped down onto us. The waitress served my son a broken plate. It had multiply chips in it. The salmon cakes were so salty I had to stop at the Convenient store on the way home to get the taste out of my mouth. The lady came by to brag upon the “ homemade” slaw my son wouldn’t touch.. I tasted it and it literally tasted like soured milk. This place was horrible!

We eat here all the time! Great food and service! Everyone here is super friendly!
