I always have a good time here. The food, coffee, and drinks are always good. It's always fun to try new and featured menu items. Plus they have events on the weekends like music, and other pop ups.

Plant is awesome. Food is good.
But coffee is as Simon mentioned, not good😹so I will only give 4 star

Perfect spot for an easy break. The Chai is super spicy, just like a love it. Staff was helpful and kind. We will definitely be back.

Love this sweet little shop. The staff is so helpful, they make their chai in house!! And let me just say it's the best I've had!!

This coffee shop is great for a nice day to sit outside and have a drink. They are dog friendly and have water bowls out and will give your furry friend a treat! Their breakfast food is amazing and have great egg sandwiches.

Awesome atmosphere. Great coffee. Easily one of my favorite coffee spots in Raleigh! Speedy Wi-Fi.

The very best English muffins I've ever had. Had to go back and order a second!
Great coffee, positive vibes.

So glad that The Optimist can join this community! They serve Counter Culture coffee (not anymore see update) here and have some very talented baristas who can extract every ounce of goodness out of this coffee. Highly recommend and I am looking forward to being able to enjoy the space inside and out when they fully open. Update: I FINALLY SAT INSIDE!! Love this place still, but I don’t live near Raleigh anymore so I don’t frequent as much. Also they don’t serve Counter Culture anymore, they now serve Black and White Roasters. Still incredible quality.

It’s a great place to stop in and get a wonderful cup of coffee. Don’t forget to grab one of the pastries or one of the sandwiches if you’re feeling a little hungry. The staff is always welcoming and always helpful in selecting something new to try. I recommend this place to anybody who wants to try a good coffee with a great environment.
