BREW Coffee Bar - McNeill Pointe

Having been in the service industry, attitude and smiles can make or break experiences. Unfortunately, I was met once more by a dark haired lady who knows us as regulars and proceeds to treat us like an inconvenience. After tipping $1.50 on a $4 small coffee, no expression, smile or acknowledgement was given. I don't need a gold star for tipping but feeling warm and welcomed in a coffee shop with premium prices, I feel, is slightly important.

A strangly covid hysterical business. First their sign is revolting. "Be and adult and wear a mask" In England they say: If you can, please wear a mask. Best part, the place is indoor, crowded which is awesome because its time to move on, but then get this, maskless everyone but the staff. Staff asks you to mask before they take your order. They literally will not take your order unless you are masked, while MASKLESS costumers 3 feet away are sitting there. Look, I am sure this appeals to the displaced san Franciscan but I don't think Raleigh is ready to support this kind of nonsense.

Best Service and absolutely the best people. Mike, Cindy, Ashlyn, Blake, Whitney, and everyone do such a great job of crushing it. Coffee, kombucha, beer, and all the brews. Their Patagonia tea is great! Support this small business every chance you get.

I walked in this morning to get a cup of coffee for my lovely wife. After walking in and seeing two ladies standing behind the counter one looked at me like I was from outer space. I asked if sell bags of coffee and that I would like a cup of coffee. I could tell that she had an attitude. She said” we don’t open for 10 more minutes. Can you wait?” I said ‘No” then left. If you don’t want to serve people early, DON’T UNLOCK THE DOOR!!
The better thing to do would have been to help me out and tell me ‘Just to let you know we don’t open till 630.” I would have left and left them a very good review. Now they get this and I will never give them my business......

A clean, well lit open space with an industrial feel... but still comfortable (not cozy though).
So far, only had the coffee, which was good. Food selection was very limited, but staff was friendly and it seemed like they're just ramping up... I'll check it out again for sure.
