BREW Coffee Bar - McNeill Pointe

The service was great but the hot latte was not hot enough. However, the ice latte was good but needs more coffee taste. Also, they need to work on their avocado toast. Sorry but we aren’t coming back.

Support locally owned! The new owners are truly awesome and know their stuff as it relates to coffee. They are two of the hardest working people I know and are always willing to ensure your order is on point at McNeill Pointe. The staff is knowledgeable and always giving a nice hello. Upon first visit (to go), BREW initially struck me as yet another pretentious "coffee lab", but during my second visit (for here) I finally "got it":

Brew is very much a modernist coffee gallery with rich spacing & lighting plus lo-fi audio that makes for a peaceful & pleasurable sit.

The baristas and managers are sweethearts - highly accommodating, informative and committed to the craft.

The vintage mug collection & book exchange add shimmering dimensions to this caffeinated gem.

Caramel Lattes made w/ love!

Still required to put on a mask after mandatory lifted Friday. Plenty of coffee shops close by that don't require masks. Not to friendly. Maybe the dumbest response ever. All young people. Zero chance they are in are danger. Your Cary location does not require a mask. Good try.

They have good coffee and a great selection of food. I've only had the avocado toast but it was really good, and that was after a ride in to the city.

avocado toast took over 45 minutes. the person making it for us gave ours away to someone else.. no apologies nothing. toast had a very thin layer of avocado and just a thin slice of tomato on top, very underwhelming. this place needs to work on a better version of the toast and for sure better customer service skills.

My first time here! Customer service was amazing! They were super helpful picking out a drink that was sweet but not too sweet. I got the Ginger Snap Latte with whole milk and it was the BEST cup of coffee I’ve ever had. Smooth with a hint of ginger snap cookie. I’d buy coffee here every day if I worked nearby :)

Great spot for coffee in North Raleigh. Staff is super friendly. The shop and bathroom are always super clean. We joined their mug club. Highly recommend it if you enjoy drinking coffee for here.
