321 Coffee - Downtown Raleigh

This is my favorite coffee shop! Their space is so clean and bright and all the staff are so friendly and helpful. Their coffee and treats are also delicious!

This place is so warm and inviting. I cant wait for my parents to visit to take them here. My mom found out about this place all the way from Massachusetts and told me about it. Mean while I only live 3 blocks away!.

Everyone is so nice, and coffee is so good! A great spot to drop in for a drink on your way somewhere, or to sit outside if it’s nice out. <3

I didn't know anything about this place before stopping in. It was the first coffee shop on the way to my destination. I learned so much just standing and waiting for my coffee. I could tell the barista was a little flustered while working. Then I read a display saying how they are working to provide jobs to those that are commonly overlooked because of physical or mental impairments. I then realized the guy that took my order was helping the barista to learn not only how to make coffee, but to succeed in society. His effort to help her understand something that many tend to assume was being her ability sold me and I bought some beans to go. I'll make an effort to return every time I'm in Raleigh.

Such great service and always so friendly! It’s nice being asked how my day was and someone having a conversation with me about it and vice versa, so refreshing! And Eve the drinks and food *chefs kiss*. Highly recommend (:

Woke up on a Monday morning and realized I was out of coffee pods AND green tea...devastating! The idea of driving to the grocery store or busy Starbucks was not appealing to my jumbled caffeine-less brain. But I remembered that 321 Coffee jut opened up a few days ago AND it's only a couple blocks from my apartment (PSA to all West Morgan, Hillsborough Street and Boylan Heights neighbors!!) First of all - the shop is so cute, modern, but still warm and welcoming. I walked in and was greeted with genuine smiles. The menu is smaller than most coffee shops but it has what you need - you can get hot coffee, nitro cold brew and more, plus they have tons of flavors you can add and non-dairy milk options! Plus, prices were fantastic, if you're a ballin on a budget millennial like myself, you can actually afford to get a coffee here a couple times a week. As I was leaving, everyone told me to have a good day and it felt really genuine and authentic. 321 Coffee is warm, welcoming, staffed with really great people and has an awesome mission. Excited to say that my work-from-home days just got better with such a cool little coffee shop around the corner!
