Great coffee shop and has a great goal of wanting to show anyone (especially those with disabilities) that they can shine in the workforce! Their lattes, hot chocolate, food, and everything are great! What's not to like about their place?

This is the best latte I have had in a long time, even though I have enjoyed other lattes. The employees were all very friendly and helpful. The mission of the store is wonderful. I will have to locate their new store in Durham.

321 Coffee is a gem! Always my go-to spot in downtown for great coffee, tea, hot chocolate. They offer different goodies that are fantastic. The staff are always warm and welcoming. This place rocks!

Visited the location on Hillsborough St. Super cute spot, very nice staff. A company that seeks to employ those with developmental differences is commendable. Will definitely visit again!

We actually had honey lavender tea with our cinnamon roll. It is so good. The workers are so sweet and helpful. Please come by and support them.
