I had the ☕ WORST CUP OF COFFEE from here Today! I am not sure why, but the coffee seemed thicker than normal, it was supposed to be a small medium brew coffee with a shot of sugar-free vanilla, The Taste was absolutely horrible, it left a very bad aftertaste, and I began to feel nauseous while sipping on it, and I just threw it away!

The coffee was good but I miss Unwind. Unwind had a ton of tea options and those are gone now. I know Waterbean renovated in Nov, but the atmosphere and furniture are very industrial and not cozy like I would expect for a coffee shop. I got a specialty holiday-themed latte and it was over $6. I’ve never paid that much for a small latte before. The regular small latte was, I believe, $5.30. I used treat myself to a nice coffee every Sunday, but unfortunately I can’t justify spending $6+.

I love this place. Truly. But because I like the food and the location so much I often am also frustrated by the amateur way that it is run.
Two examples:
1. I ordered avocado toast. Then I was told they have run out of avocados. So I ordered the smoked salmon. And guess what — I was then told they were out of Salmon too. Why not cross the things off the menu when you’re out? Or when you have a chance to tell me that you have no avocados, also tell me that you have no salmon! And how about an apology instead of a blank stare. “I’m so sorry, but we are out of several things today… Avocados, and salmon“ would sure go along way.
2. When I completed my order, I was told I should sit down and that they would find me. I thought this meant my food would be delivered. Nope. It means they will call out what you ordered and set it on the bar to get cold. They did not ask my name so they could not call me by name. And I didn’t know the menu name of what I had ordered, so I did not recognize that. The place was busy and noisy so I did not hear them call much of anything… My sandwich sat on the bar for a long time before I got so hungry I went looking.
The big things are done really well at this place. The pastries, sandwiches, and oh my the coffee… All are terrific. Now, if they could just ice the little things — like customer service — it would be my favorite place. I’ll add a 5th star when that happens!

First time here and is an amazing first experience. Upon entering the cafe you already start to feel the nice comfortable home vibes. As you walk in you can smell the spectacular aromas from coffee, tea, and food. The nice chill music playing around the cafe makes the relaxed calming vibe even better. First opinion was the cafe was very clean and covid compliant. So many options for their drinks/food but definitely not overwhelming. I would say the perfect selection for their style here. Decided to try the cold brew for my coffee of choice. The cold brew was a perfect blend, didn't taste watered down like Starbucks gets and was able to enjoy it for the entire time spent at the cafe. Also decided to try the hummus and veggies plate. The hummus was so savory with the oil and pepper blend topping. The veggies tasted just as fresh as they looked. Almost like they were just picked. The decor here definitely helped with me keep my concentrate while I was working. Loved the wall with different selections of teas. The customer service or should I say guest experience was spectacular, very friendly and nice. Will be a regular spot. Was so pleased about this cafe that I had to write my review on the spot!!

I can’t say enough good things about this place. Wendy and her staff are phenomenal and very pleasant. The atmosphere and food is amazing, ESPECIALLY the breakfast flatbread with salsa. This is a must have!!! The coffee and incredibly wide selection of teas is also mind blowing. This has become my go to spot in the mornings for my coffee and food fix to start my day off right. Plus it’s a privately owned local business.

So the coffee was super good, but it was also $15 for two small cups (one iced latte, one hot latte). Plus they charge 75 cents for oat milk which I think nowadays is just unnecessary. Oat milk is probably cheaper to buy than regular milk nowadays anyway. It also took about 20 minutes, which was long enough that I honestly figured someone took our order by accident.

Unwind is one of the few local options where you can still enjoy ☕️+ 🥐 as dine-in — spaced out and with safety measures/distancing in place.
Family-owned café and coffee/tea shop with a rotating breakfast/lunch options. Kid-friendly, free parking nearby and good price value.

The few times I have gone to this Waterbean, my orders have been great.
Today I ordered off the app, a vietnamese coffee. There was no condensed milk, it honestly tasted like a regular iced coffee w milk.

Love the food and atmosphere. Great little town as well. The avocado toast and scones are to due for.
