Second time at this charming Tea and Coffee Shop. In the heart of quaint downtown Pineville and offering a wide selection of teas and coffees along with fresh tasty treats and lunchtime bites. Prompt service with a side of friendly conversation. Limited outdoor seating, but plenty of indoor seating at tables or sofa style. Will definitely be back!

Nice place! Good breakfast flatbread and decent coffee(the aioli tastes like ranch tho, which isn’t bad unless you don’t like ranch). They took a very long time to get the flatbread out to me. I waited like 25 minutes and it wasn’t even that busy. I’d go back but definitely not somewhere to stop if you’re in a rush

It's such a cute and cozy coffee place. It's so quiet and peaceful to work here. Their coffee is very good. They also sell sandwiches and paninis. You can also find many unique flavoured tea from them.

Calm, clean, friendly. There’s a lot of places to sit. They make good coffee. Cinnamon French toast latte was my favorite. The matcha frappe was ok wasn’t much matcha flavor. Service was great. They have a very large menu of teas and my sister says they do a good job making them.

Very friendly service, cozy space with ideal lighting and a variety of seating options. One of the few cafes in the area that stays open on the later end! Excellent warm muffins (not pictured as I ate it pretty quick haha), and I’d definitely recommend this mango passion fruit smoothie! 😊👍

Do I miss the quaint cozy hometown vibes of Unwind? Yes! But I really think Waterbean has done a great job of opening up the space and adding lots of seating. I personally love how white and minimalist everything is, I think it makes it easier to focus when there’s less distraction and things to look at on the walls. I do think a few more plants could be a great addition. Love that there are two restrooms! The green tea frappe was delicious and I’ll look forward to trying some loose leaf teas and gluten free vegan treats next time I come in to do some work 😊

Stopped for coffee and a bite to eat based on other google reviews. Beautiful place inside, a little comfy, a little industrial. Very clean. Friendly staff working here. They have loose tea of all kinds and flavors. I got a latte which was perfect (not too hot and not too cool) If you love plants they have some hanging from the ceiling in the cutest hangers. Tables outside on Main St. Free public parking on side street (Dover).

Customer service is a heavy part of my ratings & the barista was super amazing!! The guy cashier who was originally supposed to take my order was unprofessional as he stayed on his phone when I came up. Really, I’m not Karen, but if you stay on it as I’m standing there, it’s quite awkward. I told him I needed a second & luckily I had another employee serve me.
I asked for a recommendation in which she thought of the white chocolate caramel latte (which was on point). I was inquisitive about a couple things & she was very knowledgeable & even let me try the nicaraguan drip coffee. She encapsulates the personality that draws people in. Great coffee alone doesn’t flourish a business, the people do. <3

Everything is amazing! They are an upscale coffee shop catered to middle/upper class. Their regular cup of tea. 12 OZ is $4. I've never paid so much for a cup of hot water with a little bit of hers in it.
The service was amazing! Above and beyond!
The place is really cool if you like quiet, modern, clean, peaceful and classy. Not sure how comfortable the chairs are. You'd have to decide on your own.

Great place, cool atmosphere. Coffee is pretty good, I told the staff it was my first time & they made a great reccomendation. The food was alright, not the tastiest but decent.
