Delicious and what a relief that they enforce mask wearing and social distancing!
We had yummy ice cream while there, there is a big outdoor deck with some shade and lots of seating. Later, I tried the chocolate cheesecake we brought home, it was so good! The staff were very friendly.
As a vacationer from a state where masks are normal everywhere and helping to curb our spread, we specifically went to this shop after reading the reviews complaining about masks. Thank you Sweet Tooth for taking your staff and customers’ health seriously. We will be back for more treats the next time we’re in Ocracoke!

Kind of weird hours. They can close on a whim. COVID-19 and the off season have made it difficult for Island businesses to find help. Sweet Tooth is no exception. Great sweets, such as fig cake and key lime pie. Also truffles, fudge, classic candies, and hand dipped ice cream.

Excellent fudge. Great ice cream. Potato salad was awesome. Good latte. Good spot outside. We had a large group and the manager was getting irritated and impatient despite us spending almost $100. Don't ask to sample ice cream either. Great food. Average service.

This place was a great find during our day trip to Ocracoke Island. We came on a Sunday, & most places were closed. With four kids in tow, we needed a great lunch option. This was it! We got sandwiches (Hammin, Chipotle Chicken wrap, & Shrimp Salad), chocolate sweet treats (White Choc Pretzel, Mud Pie, Dark Choc Graham Cracker), & pies (Key Lime & Coconut slices), & every single thing was delicious! Everyone was full & happy when we left. Our only negative is that masks were not required, & we have four kids who cannot be vaccinated yet. We understand & made ours wear masks while inside, but that’s the worst we can say about this place.

We had the best time here! My boyfriend Marshall had been here many times but he took me there in May 2013. I met Darlene the owner and she was great! WE had frozen key lime pie on a stick, double dipped in dark chocolate!!! One of the best tastes I've ever experienced...please don't miss it!!!

Nice folks, locally owned and operated. Chocolates in a case, in bags, fudge of almost 2 dozed varieties sold by the 1/4 pound or more. Sandwiches to go, drinks, coffee, ice cream by the scoop, and homemade baked goods including cakes, pies, breads, etc. Enforce the mask order and have aeating outside picnic style. Great place for sure.
