Love to support local small business owners! The interior looks amazing with open spaces, plenty of seating and relaxing decor. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the owner who was positively upbeat and radiating friendliness. After a quick explanation about her offerings, I ultimately decided on a protein packed vanilla iced coffee. With so many unhealthy options out there and needing to drive into Morehead City to find anything, it is great to know I can get healthy, delicious drinks right here in Newport. If you have not stopped in yet, make sure you do!

My friend and I decided to try a new coffee shop and this popped up. As soon as we walked in we were met with a friendly face explaining all the menu options. The staff members went out of their way to accommodate our personal request. Super social and the drinks were amazinggg! I got a strawberry lemonade mega tea and a coffee with chocolate caramel latte powder (you couldn’t feel the texture of the powder bc it blended well with the coffee)!

If you’re looking for healthy energy, this is the place to go. They have the best energy teas. They won’t cause the jitters, heart racing and all the bad stuff that comes with a energy drink. If you’re not into that ,try their shakes... they look so unhealthy, BUT they are so tasty and healthy for you. I am so glad they opened one in Newport... GO see Caroline and Heather you won’t be disappointed!!!

Great environment, knowledgeable staff, delicious products and a great way to help improve or maintain health during a hectic lifestyle! I love to sit, relax, enjoy a refreshing tea and yummy shake while picking your brain and discussing ways to be healthier. So encouraging! Thank you, Heather 💗🤗

Absolutely a great place to stop and have something very healthy and energetic. There is plenty of flavors to choose from—I have yet to have a bad shake or tea there. Great atmosphere and friendly service. A must stop if you’re in the area.

If you are looking for a great place for a healthy shake or tasty tea that gives you all the energy, you have found it! I love the healthy bartenders, they take the time to make sure you like the product and answer any and all questions you have!! My absolute go to nutrition club!!
