The proprietor is very knowledgeable and friendly which makes this an awesome experience worth stopping by for.

I absolutely recommend this place, especially if you are looking for a healthy, delicious pick me up that won’t make you crash halfway through the day like coffee does! The drinks are incredible, and the atmosphere is even better! And the customer service is phenomenal! They definitely appreciate their customers, and it shows in the way they greet everyone when they come in. 10/10 for Nautical Nutrition!

Delicous shakes and teas also friendly owner. She is so kind and very knowledgeable about health. The atmosphere felt comfy like home. We went on Saturday local business day and bought some local items and even met an author bought her book. Wonderful experience. Thank you

I absolutely LOVE this place. Every staff member is extremely kind and treats you as a friend rather than just a customer. The teas are amazing and so are the shakes. My husband things the banana pudding shake tastes better than a banana milkshake at cookout! Definitely worth going

I’m not really sure how anyone could consider this place “unfriendly.” I had been buying shakes from another place and decided to check out Nautical. I immediately felt welcomed and comfortable in this establishment as it is very clean and spacious. I continued (and still continue) to go to this place to sit and enjoy my shake BECAUSE the staff is so friendly. Nautical is very up to date as well as knowledgable with their product inventory— and as a result? They’re always serving up something delicious! I never regret stopping by! Caroline and her team are the best!

We love Nautical Nutrition! The owner (Caroline) is so sweet, welcoming, and very knowledgeable. Her and her staff are amazing! The shakes and teas taste AH-MAZING! Prices are super reasonable and comparable to other health/shake businesses. I haven’t had anything I didn’t like! You will not be disappointed! I even call ahead to have my shakes ready for pick up on days that I am in a hurry. They have always been ready on time and with great quality! Don’t miss out! ❤️❤️❤️

On my way to try to find a better lifestyle for myself I stumbled across what is now my absolute favorite place. I go daily to start my day as a very busy groomer. Caroline has the kindest spirit and always remembers my favorite! The teas are a life saver and the shakes fill me for hours. The atmosphere is so welcoming and relaxing. Her girls always bring me such joy to see every time they are there. Heather is such a huge help also. They are both very knowledgeable about the products and what I need to do to be successful. Between the 2 of them I have now joined Herbalife and can’t wait to see what the future holds for me and my journey. ❤️💜

Literally the best teas and shakes I have had! Owner and staff SUPER friendly, and helpful! I’m new to all the nutritional stuff and I couldn’t have went somewhere better. Everything also taste AMAZING!
