Sweet Beans Midtown Sound Cafe

When visiting Sweet Beans last weekend, I was shocked to find the manager serving customers across the counter while not wearing a mask. While I can understand a small business being wary of confronting customers not wearing masks (these customers were not wearing masks either), there is no justification for a staff member working directly with customers to not wear a mask. When I reached out to the manager privately before posting this, he gave no assurance that he would wear a mask in the future. Will not be returning. Saddened and disappointed.

I really wanted to enjoy this coffee shop! But the espresso is just so watery. I work at a coffee shop in my hometown, and can tell you that the settings on the espresso machine are not correct... I was very disappointed with my iced vanilla latte this morning and disappointed that I lost $5.

Currently in the drive through, not able to order fully because the cashier completely cut us off while ordering. I work in customer service and I can’t really understand how someone would give this sort of attitude for no reason.
ive never been here, but the reviews are not a reflection of this place.

Weak, flavourless, and barely drinkable coffee from a grumpy server. Definitely won't be going there again!

Sweet Beans is always my go-to place for breakfast or lunch. They make amazing sandwiches and their smoothies are irresistible. The staff is always friendly and I always feel welcome.

Went there for a black iced coffee; the coffee itself had a great flavor however it was very very weak. My wife even agreed and she prefers weaker coffee. We didn't try any food but it did look good.

The food absolutely slaps. I wasn't expecting much from a breakfast burrito but here I am amazed. The coffee leaves something to be desired. If I come back here it won't be for the coffee.

The coffee was pretty good and the food was great. We had to wait a while for our food but overall it was a nice experience.
