The customer service there is great! My wife and I went in with our 10 month old daughter. The man working gave our daughter a little single wrapped biscotti treat to play with on the house. While we were there I had the cinnamon roll and its was amazing. We will definitely be back again.

You won’t find a better local coffee shop anywhere around.
The Sweet Beans crew are consistently timely with my order, kind, and aren’t afraid to strike up conversation and treat you like a friend. The food is always amazing and the coffee is superb. All my fellow employees at Game On Escape Rooms love going over and getting some lunch or dinner. All around, one of my favorite spots in the city. Highly recommend to anyone.

This is a compromised rating - good food and coffee but minus two stars for consistently rude staff. I have been here 4 times and each time I get the feeling that I am inconveniencing the staff members. Simple questions about the difference between the protein and non-protein smoothies go vaguely unanswered; once our food was ready it was thrown in our face - “I don’t know whose this is.”; I do not feel welcome here!

My wife and I enjoyed our stop at this local coffee shop. They had a good variety of food stuffs to pick from, including daily soup choices. The coffee itself was well brewed. The prices were fair and may save you a few pennies compared to the big box chains. We would come back again when driving thru.

In my opinion this is some of the best coffee you can get in the area. When I stay at the beach, I go here every morning and every evening after dinner. They're loose tea is also terrific. Just about anytime I go to the area even for a day trip I make sure to stop in. If you love coffee or tea you must stop in for a cup! Also, the staff is absolutely wonderful! Very helpful and friendly.

Service was unreasonably slow.

Coffee (Americano) was very watered down.

I made the (big) mistake of ordering a breakfast burrito, which took a phenomenal 25 mins. When I got the burrito the eggs looked very fake to the point where I was questioning what I was eating.

Everyone working there seemed panicked even though there were only 3 parties in the coffee house. I wondered if it was everyone's first day.

The one person who seemed in charge was not friendly and I felt like I was a bother to her.

There was a single boom box blaring the radio while I waited in line. I awkwardly too the liberty of turning it down because it was so obnoxious.

The only thing that stops me from coming to this shop is the male barista. I’ve been coming to this coffee shop for years and the coffee is amazing and the food is so nice. The woman who works there has been there for years as well and always is pleasant. But I want to walk out of the door every time I see he is working. I just want to order coffee and be happy but by god his attitude and rudeness never lets that happen. I hope he doesn’t defer anyone else from coming in because it is such a cute wonderful shop.

This place has wonderful coffee! I've never had any of the food, but it always looks awesome. It's super chill, cozy, quiet, and they have wine! It's also not freezing like Starbucks can be.

The only reason I am not giving this place 5 stars is because of the manager. Sabrina has been working at this establishment for many years and has made it a lovely, warming and inviting place. As for the management, he can't take criticism or treat certain customers with respect. If you aren't in his circle then you aren't worth his time. I use to love coming here but when I see he Is there I instantly run to Dunkin. It's a shame that someone would feel unwelcome in this shop. Not only is his character unprofessional but his skills as a barista are sub par.

I came in today and got the Mardi Gras Latte that was on special. It had brown sugar, cinnamon and caramel. The flavor was absolutely perfect, as was the ratio of coffee to milk. The Manager took my order, and is always very sweet and fast with service. Thank you!
