Five stars for down home cooking of breakfast and lunch. Great bang for your buck. Service is always friendly and served with Southern hospitality. It could use some updating but we don't mind. The place is a Mooresville staple for a lot of our seniors. They even host a Thanksgiving for seniors for free. Great ownership and staff.

Country fried streak with black eyes and fried okra, can't go wrong. Sweet tea was delish,on point.

Best bacon than any other restaurant I've ate at. Beautifully cooked. Hashbrowns however needed some work. Under cooked with no crispy

Good atmosphere and yummy food. Besides the omelets coming with such little cheese that you can't tell it's there, only complaint is they don't seem to have a great system down for their breakfast potatoes. I've tried the hash browns, home fries, and now the deep fried home fries (at the recommendation of the waitress because I asked her which one is most likely to come out hot after getting the others cold on two trips), and none of them were anything above lukewarm.

Slow service waited 45im for my food. Was cold when its came out. They clamed they remade it but the obliviously didnt. Eggs were smoking hot like it was microwaved and half of my bisket was gone. Like they took the half i had bitten out of off the plate and reheated it. Asked to speak to the mannager and the owner came over and was rude when i called them out about the food i got a crazy attitude about it and sead its fine i wont asking for a discount or anything i paied for food i didnt even eat and went to Bojangles. I will not be returning to this cafe.

Very good! Inexpensive! Great breakfest options! Good home cooked meals! I highly suggest!

Co4ine just insulted me at the register and accused myb8 year old of using the bathroom in the floor! She shamed me in front of everyone and I had to get my money back! This happened because a week ago we ate there and the wait was 2 hrs so we left! She's upset cause we didn't stay! So she just humiliated me in front of everyone!!!!

Everything was good except the hashbrowns. The hashbrowns were just heated up potatoes. Will ask to have them fried crispy next time I go back. Great place for breakfast and the price is on point.

Went for lunch with my family. I ordered 2 chocolate chip pancakes and turkey bacon. The pancakes were really thick and not quite done all the way through, and the bacon was as hard as a rock. Had the pancakes recooked and they tasted good. Our server was very kind.
