The aurora was excellent. Very warm and artsy. The customer service from the Batista's was great. I got the gingerbread latte that tasted like Christmas in a cup.

We went over from Hillsborough today (cup a joe is closed, pandemic times) to pick up coffee and because we were getting a half gallon of Latte my daughter took her own glass. A few minutes down the road she realized there were white little bits of milk floating in her latte. I tasted it, it was that bad slightly sour flavor of turning milk. Looking in the jug there were also little white bits of milk that shouldn’t have been there.

We went back, trust us we didn’t want to. We were told that they couldn’t remake it as all the milk would just be the same (What?). They handed it back to us! Like we want the spoiled milk Latte to take home? They didn’t even offer to refund or do anything differently to make it right, just a sorry that didn’t work for you. Sometimes in life we shop where the product is subpar because the customer service is great or vice versa, but never where both are subpar at the same time. At least not twice...

The drinks, food are innovative and delicious, the atmosphere is relaxing and the staff is very friendly fast and efficient.

They have a good selection of hot and cold drinks and I highly recommend checking out the seasonal drinks.

went here for first time. coffee was amazing but i ended up exploding on the toilet later on.. lol

I have never been to an actual coffee shop, until today. It was good. I will return here. Nice staff and plentiful selection of coffees and teas.

Great coffee, candles (volcano) are incredible! Blood orange scent that puts you into pure ecstacy vibes.
