The ice cream was really good. I had the cookie dough in a half chocolate, half vanilla dipped cone. I really like Manteo on the waterfront and the little shops. It was the off season so it was really chill.

Really great ice cream. Rich chocolate, lots of shredded coconut, and potent coffee flavor. 12 choices of cones! Not just another ice cream stand. Very friendly and helpful young man waited on us.

Order what the menu had in the wall. Dealing g with soft serve for a sundae. Didnt say they dont make it like that anymore. Recieved a strawberry sundae with hard strawberry ice cream. Hot fudge and chocolate syrup. Not what I ordered.

Excellent local ice cream place. This is my second time to the OBX and this place does not fail to disappoint. They even offered an item off the menu for us

Stop in for a delicious sweet cold treat. Truly homemade and every bit worth the wait! Great variety and you get extra large scoops. Don’t go by this shop and not stop, you’ll regret it.

Ice cream was sub par. Service was not great. We passed many better ice cream shops to come to this one based on their good reviews. I won't be back.

Icecream is good, not better nor worse than others, it's a small but comfortable spot to stop for a quick snack, but heed" bring plenty of cash, for it is expensive, a shake the size of a small size drink is with tax over $6 bucks, and though you dont need to, a tip is the norm. I had a small scoop of icecream with caramel, and even that was pretty costly. I know during the vacation season, vacationers will pay, but perhaps off season a discounted price ( for locals perhaps?) Or just lowering prices may bring in more business. I must admit, if the icecream didn't taste like what I could purchase at a grocery store, I may be more ok with the price, but it doesnt. And I say that not derogatory but honestly, the young staff are friendly but when I purchased 3 small icecream items, and it cost me over $25.00 before a tip, I'm more likely to not return. Hoping to see prices more reasonable and to revisit again.

Delicious ice cream! I usually get the peanut butter oreo but they didn't have it this time, hope they decide to bring it back, it was THE BEST!
