Very friendly, visited today had a bad case of being clumsy and dropped my drink and spilt it all in my car. They girl working offered to replace my drink at no cost when i was the idiot who dropped my drink in the first place. Will continue to visit this place and strongly recommens ot to anyone else looking for a friendly environment with delicious coffee!

Love the coffee! But drive thru should be drinks only as food is made to order and normally takes a little while! Sucks sitting in line waiting forever for a coffee because people are to lazy to walk inside to order food.

Went to PCJ drive thru and ordered my usual regular coffee w/milk and sugar. My debit card was charged $157.00 the first time and a second time for the correct amount. Nothing ever said to me about the accidental charge, I found it on my bank statement that afternoon. That's not the bad part, I understand accidents will happen. I went to the shop that same evening and the girl behind the counter called the 'manager', Nicole. The girl behind the counter said there was a glitch in the system causing the first charge and took my name and number to have the 'manager' call me in the morning. It's now two days later and have yet to hear from the 'manager'. I rectified the issue with my bank, but a call from PCJ was the least I would expect. Really, really bad customer service!

My iced coffee was literally milk and ice no coffee what so ever. I walked in and I said hi and the cashier just looked at me. I ordered she didn't ask if I wanted anything else just said the total then she made my coffee. Instead of saying anything when handing me my coffee she slide it on the counter and if I hadn't been watching for it I wouldn't have know it was done. They were flat rude
