Port City Java

We have been patrons of PCJ for over 10 years. Today, it was a simple drive thru order for 2 speciality drinks. First, we waited a long period at the service window, after payment. Second, a change in servers, in which she asked if payment had been made. Thirdly, one of the drinks was incorrect, in which the server was very curt saying it was correct. Fourth, after receiving the drinks, I indicated we would we most likely not be back to this PCJ location, and fifth; that’s when “Madison” said ok, abruptly closed the service window and quickly ran from the service window area. I guess good basic customer service has disappeared, no apologies, no explanation, etc.

Coffee was good (definitely would pick them over that Washington based chain.). Friendly service. Haven't tried the food options yet, but the coffee is affordable and good .

Great coffee and smoothies. They make one of the tastiest egg cheese and choice of meat breakfast sandwiches in the area as well. Always a top pick when you're looking for a great cup of coffee or latte.

Every time I come to this PCJ they get my coffee wrong and it’s not even a complicated drink. I always order an iced coffee with hazelnut and cream. It’s always either extremely too sweet or there is no hazelnut in it. The one in Waterford and any other PCJ makes it right every time.

The coffee drink menu has great choices and the execution is perfect. I had an espresso-based drink and it was delicious. The smooth, robust espresso flavor was supported, not buried. Highly recommend!

Regular customer of the Brunswick Forest location. Great atmosphere and excellent coffee. The staff are friendly and attentive. Specifically, Caroline and Dalton are excellent baristas and demonstrate exemplary customer service.

I’ve literally came to this place 5 times all times by 830am and every single time they never have blueberry bagels. You should seriously find better excuses than we ran out. It’s 830 am no way is that the truth. Then proceeds to be rude about it when I ask why it is they never have them. That’s the core reason I come- I love pcj but this one is not like the rest

The staff here is friendly and quick to strike up a conversation. They offer some delicious baked goods, coffee, tea and, smoothies. The Strawberry Mango smoothie was delicious, but the Milky-Way Lata was even better. Chips and sandwiches are also available here.

I have given them multiple chances at this location. I use all different PCJ and have for over 10 years. This is by far the most unapproachable baristas on the planet. I will continue to drive the extra 3 miles to the Waterford location where they are all smiles, so kind and considerate. This location feels like you're inconveniencing them.
