This place is always out of stock on boba or any other flavor they advertise. They told me it’ll take 1-2 months for brown sugar boba to arrive. The 4 drinks I wanted, they were out of and still made me pay more even though they sold me a drink they put together that absolutely tasted very bad. Get it together and order more than what you do.

Cannot recommend enough! Probably the best boba place in the area. They have an awesome staff who are so nice and hardworking!! I literally do not drive into Jacksonville without coming here. Everything is so tasty and they have something for everyone!

Get Craftea is amazing! They have all sorts of flavors, I definitely can see why they call it craft tea. They craft each tea to perfection. I absolutely loved trying this place for the first time soooooo tasty and will be coming back in more and more! Better then starbucks and a lot cheaper! Thank you Get Craftea for the oreo tea smoothie YUM taste like a iced latte!!!!!

I love this place it's like my second home. They make you feel welcomed everytime you walk through the door and they always greet you with a smile. Even though are busy they acknowledge you to make sure they know you are there. First and foremost their tea is delicious. I've tried basically everything and I can't say anymore good things about this place. I'm so happy to find a bubble tea place that is just as good or even better than home (Seattle). If you are a bubble tea fan, this is the place to get your fix.

Inconsistent with the drinks you order. It’s the only Boba place in town so naturally I keep going back hoping that they’ve changed. They run out of boba all the time and they lose customers every time they say they’re out for the night... I don’t know why they can’t keep it in stock, it’s the selling factor of the place. The place can be great, but they keep missing the mark every time. Maybe management is bad.

As you can see when they have a rating that’s not 5 stars this place doesn’t take ownership of their wrong doings and always have an excuse rather than just simply fixing the problem.
My husband and I smile every time because we’re not mean and give you guys a nasty time but if we were satisfied customers we wouldn’t have left a 1 star review. We just want you guys to be better.
We will honor your request and not return. But as a parting gift, here are some tips:
1. Make extra boba everyday. Even if you have to throw some away at the end of the night. Supply the demand.
2. Keep an consistent ingredient list for your teas so they’re the same each time.
3. Own up to your mistakes and just offer a discount for next time instead of making excuses. It’s just better business.

The best bubble tea in the area! This place makes me beyond happy! After my best friend found out about this place, we both started going and we get tea at least once a week! The staff is so nice! The place is clean!! I highly recommend it to anyone!

This place is a hidden gem in Jacksonville! I’ve never tried boba but the build your own boba made it super easy to decide what to get. If you’re an iced coffee lover like me don’t hesitate to get the creamy milk tea with brown sugar boba and espresso! 10/10... I will definitely be a repeat customer! 😁

Today was both mine & my boyfriend’s first time going here. It looked really clean & the girl who helped us was super nice. She explained how the ordering process worked (picking what kind of drink & then the add-on) & when my boyfriend couldn’t decide what he wanted she suggested taro tea & I think it’s his new favorite flavor now lol. He would not stop saying how good it was! She did not seem bothered one bit that we asked her multiple times to repeat the add-on choices for us & was patient when we both couldn’t decide what we wanted. The only thing that could improve for me is putting the calorie amounts on the menu next to the items. For those of us who watch out calorie intake. Overall we both loved the drinks & service & we will be back again & again. ❤️

Hello, 100% California girl here! I LOVE this place, so nice to have a taste of home in an unfamiliar place. Staff is always friendly, store is always super clean and the teas are refreshing! I have tried the Taiwanese style chicken and the musubi and both are delicious 😋 The boba here is always the perfect texture and taste, and that’s coming from an unofficial boba connoisseur 🤓 Did I mention they have a reward program? All the more reason to stop by more than once. I always seem to bring the party when I come, it will be dead when I get there and poppin by the time I leave... it’s a little out of the way for me but that doesn’t keep me away! GREAT work guys, thank you for the delicious offerings!
