Pho Van

I walked in to look at the menu. The prices were OK. There were designated seating and dim lighting. I may be back to order take out.

Their food is just amazing! The first time I had their food I ordered off doordash. I got a decent portion of beef pho and a jasmine boba tea. It was delicious! The second time I ate in person and the ambience was amazing! The people waiting on us were SO kind. They gave us a bigger portion of pho in person but the pho and boba tea were just as delicious! I recently moved to NC from Washington and had tried quite a few pho places and boba tea places but honestly, none of them compare to here. Do NOT hesitate to come here, their food will always leave you wanting more. I had to order a second thing of egg rolls because they were so good.

It would just be nice to get an order that was placed and paid for.

Used to frequent this location, but they're always understaffed. We always tried to place to go order on our way home or before we come over, but they would never answer the phone. They would not honor their store hours, and are always closing early or a couple days here and there, you never know when they're open. We always tried to be understanding because they have good pho base. But the last straw on the us was when they raised the price from 13 to $18.95, not to mention they've already had an expensive price considering their lack of ambience. $18.95 is high dollar for Pho, and not even top pho restaurants in Raleigh charge anywhere near this price. If I were them, I would reevaluate this price increase. Would not come back until they do.

The quality of the food at this restaurant is exceptional. My family has tried the restaurant 4 times now. I wanted to be sure they were consistent before leaving a review. Takeout is usually tricky, but they know what they’re doing.
The Pho broth is legit, we no longer have to drive to Jacksonville. The Summer Rolls are absolutely amazing. The peanut sauce is hands down the best I’ve ever had.
The Bahn Mi sandwiches are delicious, ask for extra sauce to soften the texture of the yummy bread (Also you could put the sauce on a flip flop & it would be good).
The biggest surprise were their wings. I wasn’t going to try them but my husband brought them home. Let me say these are not your normal wings. They are one of the best items on the menu. Crunchy, sweet, sticky & delicious.
The Thai Tea is better than most and their Strawberry smoothie has crystal boba that makes it even better, if that’s possible. Everything here is really good, the people are friendly and welcoming.
Definitely one of the Best restaurants around.

Have really wanted vermicelli since moving to the area. I have eaten at pho le which is very good in Jacksonville. This place does not stack up what so ever to pho le. Quality is not there, customer service is not there and they had 1 person in their whole restaurant. This lady came walking in as I'm standing there waiting for my food and she says to me what are you doing? She was probably the owner but you don't say that to someone who is in youre establishment. I spent 21 dollars and thats the last time they'll get money out of me. This place is garbage.

Went for the pho and I was very pleased. Broth was delicious. Summer rolls were good too. Will return again when I am in town.

The food was delicious. The portion is huge, def recommended. Staff is friendly!!!

Good food, but they're always out of tapioca boba and didn't even tell us that they were out of it when we called the order in and just gave us crystal boba. Waste of money

I come here usually, this place use to be great. However, the new staff that they hired are less to be desired. If you need a refill good luck trying to get it. Also, they have a tendency of messing up your order and you have to wait again for your food. Thats if they aren't giving it to the table of course.
