Pho Van

The amount of food that you get for the price is excellent. I wasnt a big fan of the food itself but what really killed it for me was the service . The woman at the front was just obnoxious and very demanding on where she wanted you to set and the time it took us to order. I hate to leave negative reviews on family ran businesses but the service was just ridiculously obnoxious and rude.

I'd give it zero stars if there was an option, old tea. Broth was definitely a couple days old and the meat was old before cooked. Service was wack and expensive for no reason.

I LOVE Pho and have had some really good Pho living in DC and Maryland so Ive been dying to have some since moving to New Bern. I wasn't impressed, however, I will try again. The broth tasted sweet, but I was battling covid at the time so Im willing to try again when my taste buds are fully restored.

Best pho in Havelock, well, the only pho in Havelock. But either way, we would definitely go back! Pho was good enough given the current meat shortages caused by the COVID-19 disruptions to the meat market. Broth was sweeter than I like but could easily be adjusted with sriracha. Enjoyed the summer rolls we ordered, but once again, sauce was sweeter than what we enjoy, but not a problem when the sriracha is added. Service was fine although the workers were not consistently wearing masks per the Governor’s COVID-19 mandate.

Food was good but service was horrible, we waited 20 mins to be seated and there was only 2 family's there. They need to have better service ethics. Do not get me wrong the food was great and worth the wait however they definitely need to work on their customer service skills.

Went to the grand opening. It's a big place! Wait staff is very friendly and helpful! It took a little while to get the food out, but it was well worth the wait! 10/10 would recommend for a new Vietnamese eatery.

Food is good, ambience needs work, portions were huge… would have preferred to be able to choose my size and respective price…

This is a great restaurant to just sit and chill while eating delicious food. Would definitely recommend eating here, the egg rolls are handmade and everything.

This place is great 10 out of 10. If your passing through Havelock you have to stop the food is delicious the staff is very nice and helpful. The blinding is very pretty. And make sure to get our fav thai tea.

Delightful meal. Flavorful light satisfying great table service.

Hostess / checkout service was weak but easily overlook for the great meal.
