Let me start by saying I will never return to this establishment. I was sitting enjoying my drink when all of a sudden I heard some yelling. An elderly lady was yelling at one of her co-workers. She snatched the drink that the young girl was preparing and dumped it into the sink. She belittled and embarrassed this girl. I felt so terrible for her because she was doing her job and was pleasingly making conversation with the patron. I could see tears in this young girl's eyes and I wanted to snatch up that old lady and give her some words. There was also another taller, heavy set woman with reddish hair yelling at this poor child. The elderly lady told the girl to go home. This act was in poor taste and what made this even more unprofessional was that the elderly lady is the owner of this establishment and the redhead is the manager. How can an owner treat an employee in that manner and in front of all the customers. I am pretty sure that she has done this in the past with other younger girls. Had that been my daughter I would have been completely upset and angered. I hope this young girl does not return to that job. She does not need to be treated in that manner, especially from an owner/grown up. The proper thing to do was to speak to your employee in private and address your concern or issues. I will definitely be sending my grievances to corporate. No one should ever be treated like that. I would have not even given this establishment a 1 star but unfortunately I can't leave it blank because it will not post. The young girl's name is Nereida, I found her outside crying and told her it was not her fault. Sweetie if you ever see this post, you deserve better. You were pleasant to the customer and it was your bosses who were VERY unprofessional and immature.

Delightful place to enjoy tea and scones. Staff was young and so very polite and pleasant. Very knowledgeable of their products offered. I was impressed and felt very comfortable. Delightful place to relax.

Great place to go and drink coffee in a relaxing atmosphere. They have a huge variety of drinks and food to choose from with great prices. Employees are so nice and helpful!

Local coffee house with a good variety and friendly staff. My favorite drink there hands down is the black and tan. Espresso drink with swirls of caramel, dark chocolate and white chocolate.

Love, love, love the chai tea. And surprisingly they have bagels which are really good too! Very classy place and comforting and quiet atmosphere.

Stopped here in the middle of a tribe drive. The girl at the window was super friendly, and the coffee was great. Actually some of the best I've had north of Nicaragua
