Caribou Coffee

So first time coming just wanted to try something new. I am surprised that It’s been here for 15 years but I haven’t heard about it. Very nice they have chairs but also comfortable couches to sit on and I like chalkboard inside. Compared to Starbucks they have a lot more items to choose from, from coffee, tea, beverages, smoothies, healthy food, etc. It is small like others have said but the whole setup is nice. I ordered orange guava smoothie with nice decorated cup. I will definitely be coming here more often to chill or study. Keep it up good work!

Perfect blends and tastes. I just started trying their products. I never knew of the company nor location. Starbucks getting kinda old and they stay stressed out. I love the atmosphere of this spot. The staff always super nice. Kudos to staff and management!!

I switched over from Starbucks daily to Caribou. Main reason is the staff (the coffee is better too). The Caribou staff at this location is so friendly and welcoming. Kindness definitely makes the difference and I appreciate it. Thank you for being uhmazing! <3

Really super friendly people who greeted me the moment I walked in the door! I felt like they wanted my business actually, which is a sensation I don't usually get from an establishment! Super clean decor too! Sleek and modern environment where if you want you can go outside and they have tables and umbrellas so you can enjoy your purchases! The day was very sunny and beautiful so that's where I decided to enjoy my HUGE cup of coffee! I chatted it up with 2 elderly sisters who were also enjoying some ice cream cones there beside me! ALL in all, just a wonderful afternoon! I couldn't be happier and I'm definitely coming back for more! OH yeah, super strong Wifi signal too! Even outside my phone got 5 bars! I wanted to text everybody I knew! Hahaha 😂😂😂😂!!! Come on down 👇 if you want a great time for sure!

I’ve been coming nearly every week for close to a decade. For a chain cafe location they have such a small indie feel that always brings me back. My favorite place for studying, people watching, meeting up, and taking breaks from shopping. The campfire mocha will always reign supreme in my heart.

It's not easy to communicate customer care and attentiveness with a mask on during COVID, but the ladies at Caribou Coffee have managed to succeed beautifully. We came in on a Saturday morning and placed a large order for many different hot chocolates with different prep requests, and they handled everything perfectly with a high level of service.

This visit makes me want to return often; they are doing everything right over there. There was even a hand sanitizer station for customers! If you need a delicious coffee drink, or a warm cup of hot chocolate during these more chilly October days, you should make this coffee shop your first choice.

I absolutely love our Caribou. I really wish there were more around. The staff is always so welcoming and quick, they seem to genuinely enjoy their job. I've always been more than satisfied with my purchases, and not once have I had to have a drink remade. (I totally get that accidents and mix ups happen, it's just an added bonus)

I recall writing a review but it seems it didn't post, so I'll try again... I just want to say that I love the cozy atmosphere and the baristas are always friendly. A great spot to sit and relax with beverage. I really enjoy the espresso drinks and appreciate that there are some gluten free food options here.
