Nice ! Pleasant, Funky, coffee shop atmosphere... hot chocolate was good and plenty of parking....vica america! I have lived in several countries. Mainly European.. and I like America and its comforts. Even the bathroom was impeccably clean!

Love it!!! Wish I lived closer because I would be here weekly if I did. The spiced chai tea latta was one of the best I've had in a long time. The customer service was awesome. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and the cashier was patient and helpful as I decided on my order. There was a chilled vibe that morning as people were reading or on laptops as they sipped on their favorite drink.

Beautiful interior. Horrible internet. Caribou is an upscale Starbucks in terms of atmosphere. Not cheap, but in line with Starbucks. My tea was excellent.
If you are going to offer a service, make sure it works or reconsider offering it at all. Trying to load UNCG website. So local site, relative to shop. Homepage finally stopped loading at about halfway done. After 15 minutes I was disconnected and had to reconnect. I now remember why I stopped coming to Caribou.

Great place for a coffee, breakfast or treats. They offer hot and cold coffees and teas as well as espresso. Staff was courteous and I got my order right away.
They have inside and outside seating.
Only negative I observed was trash ( straw wrappers napkins) on the floor around tables.

Got coffee and sat and chatted with a friend. The service was very good. The atmosphere was pleasant and inviting.
