Gaston Pour House: Drinks, Food, Coffee & Lounge

This place would be great but the liquor prices are absolutely ridiculous. Had a bourbon there: $27 for one drink from a bottle that goes for $45. 1000% markup is highway robbery. Las Vegas doesn't charge it so why does Gastonia?

Me and my best friend went here after a long stressful day and everything about it was awesome. The food was reasonably priced and amazing! I had the blt and it was perfect! They have a large selection of drinks and I cannot wait to go back and try some of their teas! Will absolutely be back

Great atmosphere! Staff was really nice and the food... oh it is spectacular. The food is absolutely amazingly good.

Walked in and ordered quickly. Staff was very polite. Had an EXCELLENT lox bagel and iced coffee. Comfortable seating! Will definitely be coming back!

My friend and I were visiting from out of town. We had done a morning hike nearby and searched for local places to eat lunch. We found Gaston Pour House and loved that it was a small place that used local ingredients. They only had the brunch menu available when we got there, which was fine, and both of us really enjoyed our food. The staff really cared about quality and presentation. I had my 1.5yr old daughter with us and since they didn’t have any high chairs she was running around like crazy. Luckily we were the only ones in at that time and the staff was very gracious and understanding about the situation. My friend and I each got a latte on our way out for our drives home and both were excellent. I highly recommend the Tiramisu latte!!!! Definitely give this place a try!

I really like this little downtown spot. I don't go for the food because of my own dietary restrictions but everything looks great. I think the atmosphere is wonderful, inclusive, and just downright 'Gastonia'. The owner is really nice once you get to know him. The bar staff are always on point. I have never had a dirty wine glass, the prices are quite reasonable for all drinks, and the place is super clean. They do have an array of events such as wine dinners, local vendors that come in on the weekends, and different tasting events. I think this is exactly what Gastonia needs to get people out and about downtown. I'm really glad this place is here

Great place! Awesome staff, craft cocktails are amazing, great craft beer selection. Cozy atmosphere if that's what you're looking for or sit at the bar and enjoy conversation. Don't forget pool tables and juke box!

Fantasic food and wine. The cheese and meats table, really good. And the wine selection, remarkable.
