Sadly this place has gone down hill quickly. Rude staff depending on the night. I am done with this place…

Edit to owners: talk to your staff they already know my complaints. I have been forced to bring my own coffee because after 8:00 pm they refuse to make a fresh pot of house coffee, I don’t like dark roast and refuse to drink it. We still come in and buy the gelato and baked goods but when your manager has the audacity to yell at me in front of my wife and friends instead of pulling me aside to talk like a normal person, at that point I am done!

It was my first time here this morning! He was very helpful and knowledgeable to assist me in what I wanted. She worked at a great pace to get everyone there coffee/food at a reasonable timing, also while running Drive Thru. The Bacon Quiche was AMAZING! The best I’ve had in life thus far. Great job guys, keep it up! Definitely going to be my new coffee spot.

I absolutely love this place, their drinks and gelato are amazing and their sugar free options are great. They work with you to make your drink right. They have a rewards system. The atmosphere is great. Good place to relax, work, read, or meet with a friend. Also have music and open mic nights.

One of the best shops for coffee you can go to. The girls working the front are amazing, sweet, and very kind. I've never had an issue and any disgruntled customer has been handled very well here.
Lots of military folk come through here and stay to study. I've been here probably a dozen times if not more in the past 6 months.
The seasonal drinks are amazing, and I know that's owed to the baristas working the stand. They're fast, knowledgable, and consistent no matter if the lobby and drive thru are packed or vacant.
Have NOT had the gelato, but there's no way gelato that looks the way it does here could be bad. I'm dying to try once the heat comes back.

Nice relaxing environment. Great customer service! All the stuff I ordered was under 8$ each, so I would say they are fairly priced. I was hoping to go on a poetry night, but I found out it's a sunday monday thing. There are not many advertisements for it & no alcoholic beverages to ease the nerves. However, if you want to have a nice environment for conversation, this is the place to take your date! Order ice cream and vibe. Music was classic rock/ alternative when I stopped by, but volume was perfect

Super cute place with soft lighting, upstairs and downstairs sitting area with outdoor seating. The staff is really nice and knowledgeable about what they serve.

I had the medium roast coffee and a bacon quiche. The quiche was a tad greasy but it’s to be expected with a cheese and bacon quiche.

Along with serving pastries both sweet and savory, they also serve soft-served ice cream!

I recently visited The Coffee Scene here in Fayetteville NC off Barcelona Rd. And the service was extremely rude and unregulated. The female barista was not acknowledging myself and another customer who waited patiently as I without and simple or basic, "hey be right with you guys, or sorry for the wait, nothing!!! I made humor attempts and the young lady who took my order (Caucasian black hair pulled up) continued to respond as if we were the problem. And at checkout she aggressively planted the fork for my cheesecake I purchased. I knindly returned the fork. Nonetheless maybe some training or meetings to register proper service

Great atmosphere. Come here often to study or read. Nice place with decent seats and mellow music. Food is expensive and microwaved, and iced coffee not great. Usually just eat before I head there and bring a water.

Overall nice place to study, but if you want some decent food and coffee I would go somewhere else.

I love the seasonal drink menu and the gelato is always delicious as well. Very friendly and welcoming staff. 😊
