Friendly staff and a nice iced mocha. Tasty baked goods and gelato too! We like to go for homework and just to chill too, but when it's crowded, seating is limited.

I’ve called three times and someone picks up and hangs up. Very rude and disrespectful.

I want to love this place, and while the drinks and pastries are good, the service is…not. I’ve come in multiple times and the service has never been good. Today, there was a male, larger-set, who was busy working on other drinks. No problem - totally understandable. However, he saw me standing at the register ready to order, and neglected to say anything along the lines of “I’ll be right with you” or anything to acknowledge my presence. Bluntly put, it was awkward and uncomfortable.

When he finished with what he was doing (about 3-4 minutes later), he came to the register and took my order without any acknowledgement like “sorry about your wait” etc.

I’m honestly not a stickler about most things, but when a customer is waiting, the least an employee can do is acknowledge them and let them know they’d be right there to help when they are finished. It’s basic customer service skills.

A quick training on customer service skills and courtesy could do a whole lot of good for the employees. And once that’s taken care of, no harm no foul, I’d be happy to come back!

Great coffee and cool atmosphere. The staff are friendly as well. Prices are fairly high so don't visit if you're on a tight budget. I've only had one food item and it was simply average, but I won't knock a star since I haven't tried anything else.

This place is really nice. Two stories. Not huge, but there are several couches and several comfortable chairs. Plenty of high top tables with chairs. Nice neutral tones walls that make things feel cozy and relaxing. Outdoor seating also . Wifi. Bathrooms clean and great service.Great coffee and many more items to eat. Not a place to go if you want a big breakfast or lunch, but they have great bagels, croissants and different things on them. Plenty of pastries, gelato ( many flavors and forgot about the different quiches. A must try.

Super friendly, lovely atmosphere and terrific coffee and fabulous pastries, gelato and more. We always stop at Starbucks but we love this place so much more. It had so much more to offer in terms of the way it looked it's outdoor area, we just loved it

This is quite the comforting and friendly experience. The staff is polite and the menu is simple and delicious. I’m been coming here since I was a young private since 2013. I left for Italy 🇮🇹in 2015 and now I’ve been coming here since I’d PCS back to Bragg in 2018. 🗣I LOVE THIS PLACE🥰 the music is nice too let your hair down meet new friends and enjoy!!!

Friendly baristas, delicious coffee and lovely indoor and out door seating. Chocolate chip muffin hit the spot! Your place for a locally owned coffee experience.

Love this business!! All their locations are amazing and the expresso and coffee taste great and give me the energy boost i always need. Variety of cakes and lunch items! They also have all sorts of dairy and alternative products to make drinks.

Great atmosphere. Has an up and dowsyairs with comphy couches and chairs to hang out. Wonderful selection of coffees, teas, both hot and cold. Also, good sandwhiches, deserts and juices.Prices are comparable to other coffee shops and good hours.
