Was in NC! And this place was my life saver at that area for coffee !
The coffee was decent!
At the third day ! I decided to have some food!
And it was a good call.
The food was great! New type of breakfast and not replicate dishes !
The garden dish and and the south ! I liked the both dishes !
The staff are friendly
The place is busy at 9ish
The prices are average
You can refill your coffee as much as you want
You can help yourself with cold water !
It's very nice place that gained my admiration

This place was really nice. I was in a bit of a rush when I visited so I didn’t get to soak up the atmosphere. However, I noticed there were several groups of people that were really enjoying their breakfast, especially the people with a bottle of champagne at 8 AM. I love it. I got a somewhat art deco/turn-of-the-century fancy hotel breakfast vibe which I really liked. With the distraction was there were a bunch of boxes piled up in the back of the dining room, and it kind of pulled away from the decor and atmosphere that I think they’re going for. Overall, the food was amazing and I will definitely be coming back again soon.

The service here was absolutely exceptional. I've not had an absolutely kind and engage server, and our table of 6 never wanted for a thing.
Also, the food portions were extremely generous and the mimosa pitchers are a perfect pairing for a brunch crowd.
From downtown walkability, to the atmosphere, I was impressed from entry to exit. Bravo!

The crepes here are outstanding! Not only is there a large selection of typical sweet crepes, but there’s also a great variety of savory crepes. I thoroughly enjoyed the Avocado Club Crepe! It was delicious and I’ll certainly get it again! I also love the airy, bright atmosphere and the European, art nouveau design. This restaurant is a gem.

Great restaurant, and it has spectacular atmosphere. The prices are reasonable. The crepes are sooo good and one should fill you up if you eat like a normal adult. They really stuff the crepes. So delicious! and they don’t skimp you on the alcohol in the drinks/cocktails. Even with the busy brunch hours the service was decent as well.

This was my first trip to Press and I will definitely be back! The attention to detail is impeccable! I watched the bartender ( didn't catch her name), make several drinks while waiting on our food and she was in her element! She slapped a piece of mint between her hands and I had to ask what that was about! Our drinks and food came out perfect even though they were super busy on a beautiful Friday morning! Can't wait to go back!

Press is positioned below the infamous Lucky Strike water tower in the Tobacco district. I arrived alone during brunch hours on a Sunday and was able to find two available seats at the bar. I took one and ordered their seasonal marshmallow latte.
The space was packed out the doors and into the patios when I arrived, plenty of people working the space, you can tell it’s very much a local favorite.
The latte was unlike any that I’ve had before, both in visual appearance, texture and taste. That was fun.
Oats are a great way to see how a space makes something so simple their own; I ordered the pear and strawberry bowl with two eggs on the side, over-medium.
What felt like a small eternity sipping on my latte waiting for the oats, scraping the marshmallow foam out of the saucer, I was finally presented with breakfast. Beneath the roaring room of chatter and clanking dishwater, I beheld my fare and muttered, “oh my god.”
Best oats I’ve had in a long time. The marinated pears mixed into the cream. The oats were cooked to perfection, similar texture to the soft crunch of brown rice. Presentation, taste, texture. The eggs I ordered on the side were seasoned perfectly as well.
I would return here with a friend and explore the potato waffles and crepes.

Been craving crepes … tried this place based on all the reviews. As they do not take reservations, we decided to go a little later for brunch - at 1pm on a Saturday, had to wait about 40min. Atmosphere, food and service were all great. Our favorite was the sweet tres leches crepe. So yummy. Will be going back on weekdays for crepe and matcha latte 🥰

Press was a great experience for a large group. We arrived at 10 AM when the brunch crowd was starting to pick up. Since you can’t make reservations we had to wait for our party of 12. We only waited for 30 minutes and we grabbed coffee at the bar in the meantime. Highly recommend Press for a casual brunch or special occasion.

My first time at Press was great! My friend and I loved our crepes and delicious coffee. We sat outside and was able to talk business then have a lovely conversation. Highly recommend going here. I look forward to returning for cocktails.
