The Waterfront Shops

We drove up to Duck from the southern Outer Banks. This particular stop wasn't worth the drive but was a nice area. Parking is tight but manageable.

We purchased a "Ducks Island" sign from the Grey Store after dinner at the caneena. It's a very nice are for early evening views.

Great spot to shop around for random stuff, have a nice meal, and enjoy the breeze off the water.

I love this strip of shops! You get an enjoyable shopping experience along with a nice walk above the water.

Fun, touristy shops with sky high prices (though that is to be expected in places like this).

Very relaxing..inside or out. Reasonable prices, attentive wait staff and popular menu items. Will return.

Coastal cantons have chips and salsa and great drinks... the 3/4 mile boardwalk is fabulous!

Beautiful little boardwalk! Only complaint is that a lot of the shops closed around 6 or 7 which seems early for May.

A brilliant mix of local and non local shops connected with one of the best board walks out there. Absolutely worth the stop.
