The Kind Cup

A really cute shop. We found it on our second day, but it was closed Mondays. We did not make it back until our last day, which might be a good thing, because the art gallery is amazing and I just know I would have spent a lot of money.

I was seeking an iced tea today, and if is perfect. Got my hubby a delicious crumb cake and myself a prepackaged gluten free treat.

I would love if they added some gluten free treats, but they were not on my gluten free app, so I can’t take a star away for that:-)

The cutest coffee shop in Corolla! You know it's a great find when there is a line to get in at 8am. They have an adorable store inside with jewelry, photography and other local art's work. There is also a garden in the back to explore and places to sit with your coffee. Their coffee crumb cake is worth the splurge.

Off the beaten path, but we'll worth the trip. The Kind Cup is located in the historic section of Corolla. Coffee drinks were great and the baked goods even better. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. It should be your first choice for coffee while in Corolla

Good coffee! The milk in my cortado was a little too hot, borderline being burnt (and there was no foam?? Aerating quality was not good.) BUT the espresso was very round and pleasant! Love the support for local artists around the shop. Staff was friendly and down to Earth, constantly communicating with one another and the customer. I'd come back!

We arrived 5-10 minutes before they opened and they welcomed us in early. The coffee was good and the merchandise was unique. Definitely worth checking out!

Outstanding coffee and service at The Kind Cup! The coffee is very smooth. It is the best coffee in the Outer Banks. My husband only drinks decaf and the decaf is equally outstanding. They have an excellent cold brew too. I can’t wait to come back to try some of their other drinks!

In all of our travels this was some of the most delicious espresso and coffee we’ve ever had. Each beverage was crafted perfectly, staff were friendly, and the place is absolutely adorable off the beaten path near a lighthouse off the sound. We will be back over and over again!
