Best smoothies and açai bowls! I can't buy them anywhere else any more because none can compare to Island Smoothies! They use amazing fresh ingredients, and the owners are awesome!

Fantastic place to grab a smoothie. I like the idea of a smoothie fruit bowl. Everything is fresh, made in front of you. Acai sourced from a small family farm in the Amazon. Doug and Robert will take care of you!

Cool atmosphere and a wide variety of smoothie options. They also have bowls and sandwiches. The staff is friendly and the place is clean.

When we are in OBX this is my go to every morning! Their ingredients are fresh and the shop is SO clean! I love this place so much and it's great for a break from the heavy/unhealthy vacation food.
