I LOVE clutch! However, their sandwiches need improvement. Every single time I get one it is frozen in the middle so I finally went back thru today and complained. They kindly made me another one, I pulled off and the same thing! Still frozen, I took it back again for the third time and they gave me 2 free cards for free coffee. This is kind and I appreciate it however if you cannot make the sandwiches correctly then please don’t serve them.

Fueled by grad school, our threenager, and work, we've been going to Clutch in Clemmons for about 6 months.
When I tell you that *everyone* we interact with here has been the most pleasant and helpful, I mean literally every employee we have met has been so wonderful! Even if they've had a line of cars around the building! We're terrible with names, but one lovely human recommended a lavender chai latte early on and it is the bomb dot com! We've tried a good number of their menu drinks as well and they're all real dang yummy. Their prices are decent and their rewards program (?) can't be beat.

Clutch is my go to for coffee before I go to work everyday! They are speedy, all the workers are so friendly, and my order is right everytime! They have a loyalty discount and my 10th order gets me a free drink!
