Great coffee. Great service. I love that the coffee is delicious every single time. It is consistent and I am never disappointed. The pup cups are generous and free! The stickers are super cool! Just an all around great experience every time. It's always my pick for coffee in Clemmons!

I provided Clutch Coffee with a second chance to impress. I ordered a chicken biscuit and a caramel macchiato. I asked about the smoothie. I was greeted with loud music and the front window clerk said "huh, I can't hear you". The smoothies are not fresh and contain added sugar (pureed frozen fruit with sugar), the coffee was unbalanced due to the overuse of sugar and syrup. The biscuit? Served and wrapped in plastic. Like a hot condom. Don't go here, folk. Young folk making coffee. They don't know.

We really want to love Clutch Coffee but after several disappointing coffee drinks, thought it was time to write a review. The iced coffees seem to be okay, but the hot coffees are NEVER hot. After several orders of just luke warm coffees, we asked for extra hot today. A simple coffee with steamed milk and a vanilla latte both of which should be really warm and especially after requesting the drink be "extra hot". Again, not even enjoyable to drink. We should have returned them this time but didn't want to turn around and fight traffic on Lewisville Clemmons Rd. I asked about the mocha today and found out they use chocolate milk. If I am going to pay $6.00 or more for a mocha, it's not going to be with chocolate milk! Also, the music is way too loud. Plus it is usually horrible music. I would say most of your customers are not teenagers so please turn down the bad music and maybe the employees won't ask us to repeat our order so many times.

Friendly and convenient little coffee place. Just some constructive criticism from someone who goes to all types of coffee shops- The medium iced latte needs more than just 2 shots. It's a lot of ounces of milk and flavoring..so it takes like just that. I was unable to really taste the coffee. The medium needs 3 shots of espresso to balance it out. Have a good day.

It's a mixed bag, I've been a few times over the past year now. So the best thing is the service, nice staff at the window.
I had been getting some kind of push pop flavored smoothie before but didn't see it in today's visit and I wanted some healthier option today. I ordered the harvest greens juice, size large and what I ended up with was about 8-10oz of watered down sugary juice and a packed cup full of ice, pretty disappointing for a $5 drink.
So a smoothie is worthwhile but seems packed with sugar, the juice seems like a waste of money for what you get. But staff is great.
Also listing calorie counts on the drinks would be nice.

If I'm going to pay for coffee instead of making my own, you gotta know I'm low on expresso and I'm going to CLUTCH! CLUTCH is the perfect name cause it comes in CLUTCH.
The large cups are the perfect size!
I never liked startbucks, always thought it was never worth the hype, used to be a dunkin girl for decades... until that had to stop when they changed everything,
I've tried other coffee shops in town but was able to try clutch, both locations here in Winston-Salem and I'm HOOKED!
I don't get to go often, but I never regret it!
I usually get one of the AMPED options been a total of maybe 6 times since the openings and have not been disappointed once and I always get something different every time!
Friendly staff fast efficient service all around great place!

Clutch coffee in Clemmons is one of the best coffee places to hit if you’re in a rush the quick and nice service is always a plus definitely gonna go back if I’m ever on that side of town again
