We walked in as the store was closing and the owner said that she had closed but still offered us service. She gave us free cookies and pastries. Very good coffee, service, and care for the customers! Places you want to go to when traveling in small towns.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MAPLES!!!!! Such a warm and cozy place to have coffee/tea and homemade EVERYTHING. They also have local goodies, like REAL honey, large variety of teas and coffees and REAL AND NATURAL goodies, from sweets and breads to soaps, etc.! Hard to find a place that makes everything from fresh and from scratch! The staff/owners/operators are ALL AMAZING, ALWAYS...A REAL GEM! Sooooo glad I found THE PERFECT SPOT... and I have been in WNC for 20 years, and there is NO other place I have found that is ALWAYS GREAT AND CONSISTENT, ALL ROUND, which is why I say, A REAL AND RARE GEM! THANK YOU!
