Great coffee house to meet friends or get work done on the computer. They have a delicious food menu. So many place to sit: in the garden area with hammocks, on the covered patios, or inside with the AC. Staff is hardworking with smiles! Definitely recommend this gem of a coffee house 🙂

Get the pancakes. So good. Latte was great as well. Friendly staff and nice outdoor seating.

Hands down my favorite spot for coffee and breakfast! So much care goes into the atmosphere and the dishes. Best outdoor seating which is super important in the time of COVID.

Most of the seating is outdoors and the garden is lovely. The menu rotates regularly and the food is good.

The blueberry sourdough pancake was crispy, tangy and delicious. The breakfast sandwich was tasty but could benefit from a bit more accoutrements. Coffee drinks were excellent and complimented by a wonderful blueberry maple scone. Definitely worth a trek up the hill from downtown!

What a fun experience! Great food & drink
I loved the outside ambiance (there are heaters)
Super friendly staff, fast turnaround & free WiFi to work!
Definitely worth a stop whether you are local or traveling through, it is just a second off the interstate!

A delicious little joint! Tasty everything 😋 I love their quiche and their avo toast and their Vietnamese cold brew. #mmmmm The service rocks as well 🤟

Liberty House Café was the final meal of a family reunion we hosted in Asheville — 20 hard-to-please people over four days, a trip packed with Asheville staples and James Beard award winning restaurants. Liberty House caught us by surprise as the standout. The menu is tiny and straight-forward, but extremely well-executed. Our group loved the sourdough pancake (several said it was the best they’d ever had), the breakfast burrito, and peach salad. The blueberry hand pie and other pastries surprised us with how fresh they were. The coffee drinks were delicious and well-balanced. Across the board, the food was simple but the quality was clear. Expect a long line on brunch days, but once you order there should be tables available… we had no issues seating 20 at tables adjacent to each other. The atmosphere outside was lovely, with live jazz music. At the end of the meal, someone in our group remarked that you can’t even get a brunch like this in New York City.

Food was great. The fresh orange juice really hit the spot! I got the Liberty breakfast sandwich GF.

Very impressed by the quality of drip coffee. Excellent coffee. Loved my breakfast consisting of eggs and vegetables and I tasted bite of companion's pancake which was delicious. Real maple syrup? Fantastic! Seating outside was beautiful. Hope to go back.
