High Five Coffee

Small, friendly place to get a good cuppa and, if you like, a nosh of local fare, like brownies, cookies, and a limited choice of sandwiches. Open early, so you can get an eye-opener before whatever. Walkable, but is just up the street from a parking garage.

We found this quaint little spot by accident, we just happened to see it as we were leaving the parking deck and glad we did!! My coffee was almost to pretty to drink, I got the Cuban and it was simply heavenly😍......my daughter got an ice coffee which I am not crqzy about but was so good I drank most of hers. Wow! Amazing craft coffee. Everything was uniquely decorated and tasted amazing. Super friendly service, homemade syrups 10/10, gluten free and vegan food and milk options.

Great coffee. The dirty chai is especially delicious. The Diablo latte is spicy. Can get very busy and full. The baristas have a unique Zipline for orders which is fun to watch :)

Brown Butter Caramel Latte is a must.

Friendly attentive service, fantastic coffee, great atmosphere, and very clean. Their lattes are a perfect blend of coffee and steamed milk.

Most likely the best espresso I’ve had from an independent coffee shop. The baristas take great care and pride in serving perfectly extracted espresso, totally worth waiting an extra minute or two. If you’re just visiting Asheville for a day, this is 100% the place to try.

A little on the pricier side but the coffee is really rich and well processed! I enjoyed their dairy free options and their sustainable packaging practices. My husband got their vanilla latte and we bought a bag of coffee. Staff could have been a little friendlier though- I don't think they were quite awake yet.
