Very nice, chill environment. Tea is amazing and staff are great! I had the sweet smell of Jerusalem and it’s great! They source the tea responsibly and they also have it for sale in the loose leaf form.

Such a great place to grab gluten-free and vegetarian food. The tea is (of course) top notch as well. All of the staff (and even the other customers?) were kind and helpful. I'd mark this as an essential stop when in Asheville.

This place is amazing. It is vegetarian and gluten free. All food: vegetarian—all food: gluten free. I have eaten here 7+times and it never disappoints.
My skeptical husband was with me on one occasion and ordered a (vegetarian) Reuben. He could not believe how good it was. And it is good (made from locally sourced Tempe)
The desserts are so dang good!!! Some are made without sugar. Did I mention that they are gluten free!?!?! Very creative desserts, always changing the flavors.
Oh, it’s a tea house!!! The selections are great. I like the chai and matcha the best.
I like the soups. I like the kitchari. I like it all!
Staff is kind and friendly.

Me- Visiting from Durham, NC. Went with gf. Vegan charcuterie good. Matcha good too.
Gf- The vegan fauxcuterie was soooo yummy. The selection of cheeses alongside the grilled pita and the assortment or dried fruits and caramelized nuts was tooooo good. I also got the kale Caesar salad which was exactly as good as expected it to be. For my bev I got the black sesame hojicha latte with oat milk and it was so savory and creamy me slightly sweet as well. To finish of our meal, I got a caramel cacao bar. The flavor was so rich and the chocolate was so creamy. Overall, so so delicious. Will come every time I come to West Asheville.

This was a new experience for me. I know zero about any kind of tea except Lipton! What an eye-opener! Cute place, friendly staff. Presentation of the teas, delightful.

Waited politely at the counter 5 minutes to order, ignored by the staff who were too busy engaged in their gossip fest to serve a new customer. Walked out. Tea may be great, but rudeness of staff far overshadows.

Excellent tea and food. Unique menu, healthy food, and an extensive tea list to chose from. Relaxing setting. The seating works for tea but is difficult for ordering food and having enough space to eat comfortably. Love coming here even so.

It was...Okay. Wheelchair accessible. Very small tables. Chairs have arms so bigger than average folks will have problems. HUGE assortment of teas. HUGE. The food we had was great. But it took a long while while to get to the table. Staff were flat, no smiles, no emotion. Maybe they promote "tea is serious" but I found it sad.

Excellent tea room. I'd been to the (sadly currently closed) Black Mountain location a few times prior and it was easily one of my favorite places I've ever been. With the closing of that location I decided to head in to Ashville to see how one of the other two locations are. First tried the one in downtown Ashville, but it was packed with no tables available. As this location is close by I headed here. Much less crowded on a late Thursday afternoon. The experience is every bit as amazing as the one I had previously visited. Both teas we tried were delicious (I had the Lotus brick puerh) and the desserts (I had the mugwort mochi daifuku) were wonderful. The environment is warm, peaceful, and inviting and the staff are knowledgeable about what they have to offer.
Second trip this week I tried another pu erh, loved it but prefer the Lotus, and my three sisters tried a roobos, white tea, and oolong tea. All were wonderful. I had the kitchari, and we also tried the banana toast with almond butter and honey and the miso humus with millet flat bread. Everything was delicious!
If you love tea I encourage you to check out one of the locations in Ashville. Even if all you have had previously is bagged black or green tea you should head here and try one or two teas. The quality and experience are like nothing else you're likely to find in this area! Don't be intimidated by the tea "bible", just ask the staff for some suggestions.

Tea and food were great and presentation elicited joy.
Hours are interesting... Thought they would be open earlier in the morning. No physical menu, but internet is spotty for online menu. Inconsistent standards of customer service with staff.
