Contrary to the name they serve more than bread alone. We delighted ourselves with breakfast here. Food was fantastic. For those eco friendly connoisseurs, they are a zero carbon establishment. Personally, the breakfast BLT was LAF. Worth a visit and your money.

Stopped in and picked up a loaf of their Rye Sourdough. We vote YES on the Rye Sourdough. We also got a loaf of their San Francisco Sourdough and were quite confused, because the "Sour" just wasn't there like it was in the Rye Sourdough. It's not a bad bread....It just doesn't represent a classic San Francisco Sourdough with that distinctive "Bite" from the Sourdough. Certainly not going to throw it away.....it does have a nice but rather plain taste all on it's own. We were able to order and pay for the loaves online in advance and just blow in there and pick them up quickly. That part was perfect. In the future we might try some of their other offerings and we'll report back here with the results. So, For now we're batting 500....which isn't so bad.

Great for its at ... long waits at peek times as it would be ... good taste, but on the smaller size of servings. Been here a long time so it works for them. Just do not be very hungry if you are over 6ft tall.... lol

Awesome.little bakery. If you want great pastries. Quick breakfast and coffee. Or excellent bread to take home. This is the place to go in Woodstock.

Our family spent the Christmas holiday in the area. We went over to get some pastries and breakfast sandwich to go. Once we got back to our place to eat the bacon egg and cheese sandwich, I had to throw it out because instead of bacon strips, it was piled with inedible burnt, dried, charred greasy bits of bacon scrap that was at least a day old and only suitable for garbage. I write this because the management needs to know what is going on in one of their stores run by teenagers over the holidays.
I would have given only 1 star but the baked goods were good despite their high prices.

This place is SO good we drive 40 minutes each way to get their food! The salmon bagel and grilled cheese are FANTASTIC!
Only problem we’ve encountered is their “chewy” chocolate chip cookies are often not chewy at all. But, 12 seconds in the microwave seems to do the trick.

We stopped in for a quick cup of something warm and a pastry. I had the chai latte, which was very good, and the pecan breakfast bun. My husband had a croissant. The food was awesome and we were impressed with the quality of the pastries. This place does get busy quickly and quite crowded, which makes it difficult to find seating. A lunch menu is served, which we did not order from but looked delicious. Something that added to the problem of seating is patrons who leave their dishes on the tables and walk away (happened near us at the counter in the front). It was unclear whether customers are supposed to put their plates in a specific area for cleaning once finished, and it was so busy that they didn't inquire with one of the employees, so they just left them. Maybe if a sign could go up instructing customers what they should do in busier times that could be helpful for both staff and other customers. Otherwise a really lovely spot!
