My friend & I went there on 9/20/22 for ice cream! The pictures on the reviews were wonderful but the experience we had was far from good. The establishment did not look very clean or well kept up. The man serving us did not speak English well & asked us 3 times what we wanted as he was getting our order. When he went to make my sundae he opened a container to pour the ingredients in the bowl but first he was smelling it then asked a girl working there to smell it then he smelled it again then started to put it in my cup! At that point I told him to stop! I didn't want anything that they were on the fence about whether it was fresh or not & at least 2 noses were in it! very unsanitary!!! nix the sundae & got 2 scoops only & whipped cream as my friend did. I got 2-3 inches of cream while my friend got barely any. Sadly nothing was done right. The music was blasting & there wasn't a seat that looked clean to sit at. My first & last experience there!!!

This is quite little ice cream shop in Westbury. They also make different varieties of coffees, and some speciality sandwiches. The portion size you get for the price you pay is fair. I ordered a small (16oz) milkshake and paid a little less than $6. There were only two girls working when I went in and they were terrific. They didn't get a single order wrong.

Got 2 scoops of ice cream. Nice flavor. A bit pricey but cant really complain. Nice staff. Overall, a good experience.

Great little coffee spot to unwind at after bowling. Had hot apple cider and a "Num Num" cookie. Both were excellent and satisfying. The place serves everything from coffee to full meals. The owner is very friendly and you can tell he cares about the place. We'll definitely be back.

Absolutely fantastic! Love the menu, atmosphere, and woman who assisted me was very friendly and helpful! The burger was delicious and the boozy bubble tea was a fun end of a long week. I wish I lived closer!

Truly disappointing, after waiting 15 to 20 minutes for some sort of assistance, it was never provided. The two men that were working on Sunday September 18th did not acknowledge me. One of the staff members was making a milkshake right in front of me clearly he was busy and I was aware but at least he could’ve said “ I’ll take your order In a minute” or “I’ll be right with you” something to make the customers feel acknowledged. Nana’s staff members are lazy, poor customer service, & are under staffed.

I don't remember the last time I enjoyed an ice cream sundae as much as I did here. Their Ferrero Rocher sundae (5/5) has become one of my favorite desserts on LI. It's obvious that they've put in considerable thought into their menu and recipes. You know how some places make desserts that look amazing but don't really have anything special about them aside from how they look? Yeah, this place isn't like that. Their Ferrero Rocher sundae not only looks good but delivers on taste and quality as well.

Their cookies and brownies are homemade as well. Their chocolate chip cookie was excellent. Highly recommend.

Coffee was ok. Got two lattes- one oat milk one regular whole milk and they both just tasted milky not enough espresso. Didn’t try their menu items. We got a “monster brownie’ which we were told had walnuts and chocolate chips but it tasted like it also had peanut butter (not sure if it does but that could be a hazard for those with allergies).
The place looked like a something that could’ve been cute but when we went there we about 10 teenagers waiting for an order with one visibly frustrated worker which made the whole ambiance/vibe off. The Spanish lady making the drinks was nice though.

I found out about this place by pure chance but boy am I happy that I found this amazing place. The owner and the staff are extremely nice, polite and treats you like family. Yesterday was my first time ordering bubble tea. I am a very clumsy person so I ended up dropping my whole drink but they made me a brand new one without any cost. Mine you, it was my first time there. It shows that they care about their customers which I genuinely appreciate. Now I am hooked on the bubble tea. Their price is also very reasonable, another reason why I will continue to go there. Even if it was expensive, I would probably still go there because of how nice the owner and the workers are. Maybe not everyday since I am a student but I am so happy to find such an amazing place with very reasonable pricing.

This is absolutely my new spot for food, drinks, desserts and of course my green tea. Plus I don’t live too far from it so it gives me no excuse to try new stuff from their place.

They even have a nice bar area with food and of course deserts. The aesthetic of this place is very nice, welcoming, elegant and just perfect. I picked up dessert one of the dessert today along with bubble tea. I am sooo excited to try it. Also, I can’t wait to bring my fiancé here. I know he will absolutely love it. He is always trying to find a nice place to get some few drinks and some food, so this is something I know he will love.

Overall, i would say this is a hidden gem. Definitely worth trying it out at least once and believe me, you will know exactly what I am talking about. I wish I knew about this place sooner since I live right on Post Rd.
