Vertical Cafe

Loved the vibe, Mocha 8/10 (can be a little stronger on the caffeine side), Chocolate Chip cookie and blueberry scone 10/10 perfect balance of sweetness and flavors!

Just happened upon this place on the drive home from Canada and I was very pleased with the cleanliness and relaxed feel of the layout and color scheme of this place. And the flavor selection of the lattes is something I have not seen before, so many delicious flavors to choose from but my butterscotch latte was absolutely incredible. Definitely going to make it a point to stop here on my next drive through the area!

One of my families favorite coffee shops/cafes! They have great service, tasty treats, unique and fun monthly drinks, and a cool gift shop too.
Also a great place to have meetings or a small event!

We had a great lunch here. Food was fresh and delicious. The decor and space was really cool. We will be back. If I lived in Warsaw I would be a regular customer!

Man, was I happy to find this place driving early one morning on 20E. The rolling hills of Western New York are beautiful but doesn't lend itself to a nice latte. Thankfully, ran into this shop. Interior invites you for a longer stay, but had to run. Maybe next time. My latte was above average. I was desperate for a pastry but the options were limited that morning. Shop owner seemed genuinely helpful and pleased that I was there.

GREAT coffee! Don't let the fact that the coffee is in a self-serve carafe fool you. Haven't had coffee this good...I drank it black and that's how I usually have it - otherwise cream is needed to mask the bitterness. The Man wrap was delicious as well. Hubby and I shared it and was enough for lunch. This Cafe is clean, welcoming with friendly staff 🙂. We're glad we stopped by. Thanks so much Vertical Cafe!

For Warsaw, this is a five star cafe. My latte was tasty and reasonably priced. Inside, it is well lit with natural light, and there is plenty of seating.
I also was pleased to see everybody wearing masks amidst this plague.

Best coffee shop in town. The hometown feel is the best. Owners are there and always helpful. They also have a meeting you that is perfect for an outing from the office. Definitely stop in

This was the first time I have been there. Wow! Totally exceeded my expectation. Food, drinks... a one stop shop! Great atmosphere and amazing workers there. Looking forward to going again!

The coffee and service was good. The Oreo, coffee, and caramel desserts however were really good. Also, another customer ordered some blended drinks that looked better than what you would get at Tim Hortons or Starbucks.
