Service was affable, exquisite, and incredibly comforting. This is a true gem of a Cafe, and one of the best in WNY. Keep at it!

Vertical Cafe is the perfect small town coffee shop. The owner takes time to talk, the staff is nice, there is a cute little gift shop and a room you can reserve if needed. The breakfast was very yummy and the drinks were good as well. The chai tea was the best I've had.

We were visiting the village of Warsaw in NY. I read about this cafe. Decided to visit. I purchased coffee and muffin. The coffee was really good. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The cafe itself seems to have a nice menu. It appears to be a relaxed, chill place to have a good cup of coffee. We will visit again.

Coffee was really sweet, not my favorite. Cute dining area & gift shop!

Absolutely wonderful. Their coffee and food is so so good. I love all the specialty drink options they have. Great gift shop and really nice people.

Cute place with a nice area to get some work done on the laptop and enjoy a good lunch. I got the Build your Own salad with shredded buffalo chicken. It was very good with a great around of chicken on top and great price! Highly recommend!

Stopped by on our way back from canada for a short break. Had a medium coffee and asked waitress to make veg panini. Both were wonderful.

Lovely cafe with beautiful freshly made delishous food. My son tried a bubble tea with pomegranate bobas and peach dark tea and loved it. Friendly venue and would highly recommend 👌 👍
